Great work from the staff, sometimes they take a while to respond on the Discord support server and the server requires a phone verification which doesn't work in every country, but otherwise they're really on top of things.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Occasionally they respond within 24 hours, but unusually they do not (Discord or Ticket). Their tone is often accusatory and rooted in the attitude that customers should be happy they are there for them and be more patient with their company issues. This last issue was the worst. I was trying to add my 8th server, increase the RAM on another, and add DynMap but the buttons were not working on the website to do so. I put in a ticket on Discord. After 24 hours, I put in a ticket online for their support. Discord finally responded with "Are you still having this problem"? After replying "yes" they transferred me to management (which did not respond). Then later, I received a response through the ticket that gave me some help to order but also accusatory for the problem. WHAT? After paying for the service, I contacted quick chat to ask how long it will take to get the map completed. I received a very rude response that I should be more patient and follow directions. There were no specific directions because I could not follow through on their website and it had been over 48 hours by that time, so I was just wondering how things were progressing. I was told that I should be more understanding when a company is "having a rough time" when in fact I did not know that they were. I did not know because they did not communicate with me. They are based in Kuwait and should learn how to be polite and more responsive with their customers.

I had alot of issues with my server and was resolved quickly with the help of purdze.

Best servers cheap and also good service/support

3 things (long read but informative, experience from buying premium 4gb plan)
1. Cheap : I've tried using pebblehost what I knew was the cheapest but upon further searches I found this, way better than apex and others that really ripping you off. You can even get a website+cpanel and free dedicated ip with a pretty cheap plan! You'll be getting a soft limit on storage (15gb for premium) but you can js contact support to upgrade it
2. Great Service (if you're in asia you'll have to wait a few hours but when they get back they respond pretty quick) : I've had a problem that relates to the mod that I installed getting disconnected (I thought it was the server's problem), so I created a ticket on the discord server and in like 3 hours they responded, I dont really mind since I was in school. They fixed the problem in 2 days mostly because I didnt respond quick.
3. Great interface : The modified pterodactyl panel is great and beginner friendly, you can do just about anything. Sadly you have to pay for backup access (your stuff will still be backed up even if you havent payed but to access it you need to pay) but you can just add a backup mod/plugin so it's really fine, you can also have 5 free ports to use which I needed and a mySQL database.
Notable things to add : (premium 4gb plan)
I used a world gen datapack called terralith and incendium by starmute which was pretty heavy so I used a few server boosting mods which really is effective. CPU usage only reached at max time 80%/200% but RAM always caps after a few hours and never goes down. If the RAM caps the server will crash and you need to manually restart it. Also tried adding dynmap but it crashed the server. So I'm planning to downgrade the CPU and upgrade the RAM for next month!

TLDR; Cheap, good support, and easy interface will always host my servers here

Super hosting at an affordable price and super powerful servers and especially with amazing support that can help with everything. Therefore, they deserve 5 stars. ♥

Just bought it great service if you need help with paypal they even let you choose if you want to buy it or want a subscription on their discord they will set everything up for you if you need help, And they are cheap aswell like other sites offer $2,50 per gb and they also have a youtube channel where you can learn stuff and many plugins to test i would recommend this to anyone with a survival with friends or people that just want to make a minecraft server
