AMAZING SERVICE!
I started off trying to make my own SMP server on the elixernode servixe, and was imediately greated by a inhdividual that goies but Wafelki, he helped me through everything and bascially made my server for me. Great Hosting, Amazing staff Support and overall a 5/5!

Bad company
Bad company. Had 6gb with pebblehost moved to elixir. From day one there was issues. When server was stopped it wouldnt save. Opened a ticket in the discord. They told me I needed more ram. Showed them I had ram free before reboot but they then blamed on my plugins. They then banned me from discord after explaining.
Left went back to pebblehost and have had zero issues since. Havent changed a plugin or increased ram.
They over sell there servers causing random crashes that dont save player data and causes roll backs. Avoid

ElixirNode has great servers lag-free
ElixirNode has great servers lag-free. And you also get the most bang for your buck.
I found them through their YouTube channel and I've been loving their service so far!

Horrible hosting
Literally the worst experience hosting a server, bought a 7 ram server only for using with paper with a few plugins, and the server kept crashing everytime because their machines have old and buggy software, and the support dares to tell me that the server is just running out of ram, also you can't even change the initial flags for startup and a lot of players get network errors with the server, which is the host fault, worst server hosting ever, don't buy anything here it is an scam

Good for Minecraft. That's about it.
I highly recommend if you're just starting out with minecraft hosting. It's fast. It's reliable (If the premium nodes stay online((data center likes to go oof from time to time)) and affordable)
Only downside is that support is extremely slow and their other services other than minecraft that I've used, like rust for example, wasn't a pleasant experience.
By far one of the best minecraft hosting providers out there though.

To start off with was fine
To start off with was fine, However I ask for some assistance in my query and all i get told is to wait. Server had been buggy from the get go. Waited 11 hours for their "24/7" support, got rude response from discord team. Its amazing when u bring up an issue in their discord and they dont like it then immediately respond to your ticket. If its that easy why wait that long. Decided I didnt want to continue as I was not happy with the response and attitude of the staff. Abdullah is quite rude. Banned me from their discord, rather than talk it out. Not professional. Please avoid this place at all costs.
Edit: The reply from the company is completely wrong. All i did was question their tech support, questioning my rights as a customer. And i got banned for that. I did not spam at all and i never pinged the staff. Steer clear of this company. And i am pretty sure the 5 star rating are most likely fake.

Unfortunately, your ticket was transferred to management due to the requests made, which naturally contains a longer wait time, especially since we were close to holidays and we make this clear on the create ticket channel. Our support is in fact 24/7 but that does not mean that there would be no wait, it simply means that we have staff online 24 hours of the day going through tickets and when there are lots of tickets then there is a wait time for that. Furthermore, as I can see from your ticket, you did receive an initial response within minutes, there was only a wait time when you had made requests that required our management team.
Additionally, I see from the ban that you have broken many rules on our discord including spamming, tagging staff members and disrespecting/being rude to staff. You are still able to DM me (Spongetabilous) since we have some mutual servers and I did reach out telling you why you were banned and you could have asked for any support there if you needed it.
All in all, we do not tolerate breaking of our rules on our discord server and usually if a ticket is transferred to management which is not the case most times, wait times can be a bit longer. There are also other avenues of support that are available: https://elixirnode.com/support/
