Really good communication from the Elite Fine Wines team and plenty of information sent about the investment.

I was first introduced to Elite Fine Wines back in 2017 and it was at that event I decided they were the company I wanted to work with in order to secure my first investment in the fine wine market. The team are extremely knowledgeable and have been a pleasure to deal with over the past 3 years.

Investing in a market you initially know little about can be daunting but thanks to Elite the experience has been nothing but positive. I’m looking forward to increasing my portfolio with them in the near future.

While promoting the prospects of further investing specifically in a top-end Californian wine Nick Greene was quicker than some other young dynamic managers to grasp the particular needs of an elderly pensioner for immediate income.
Accordingly,he adjusted my portfolio enabling me to take advantage of this opportunity.
While at 80 yrs old,I no longer wish to be much involved in dealing I have been very pleased with Mr Greene's management of my portfolio and have considerable confidence that his selections will yield a good profit,even in the medium term so essential to an older person.

I have been working with Steve from Elite for a couple of years now. Really enjoyed the experience so far from him knowing the product so well to knowing the best way for me to approach trading the product. Sold my first case in 2019 and got a small profit back, now hoping for a great 2020.

I've been experiencing difficulties with this company since September 2019. After initially trying to resolve things myself I have had to employ a solicitor since October 2019. My solicitor initially offered 'Alternative Dispute Resolution', to avoid going to Court, but Elite Fine Wines made NO reply to this suggestion.

Well not until recently, many months later, after my solicitor had threatened them with proceedings if they failed to settle within a certain time.
(I understand that the purpose of ADR is to potentially allow a speedy settlement of disputes at a lower cost - not to offer it after failed negotiations at ever increasing costs.)

I have instructed my solicitor to issue proceedings against Elite Fine Wines and this matter will reach Court in due course.

I am in dispute with Elite Fine Wines Ltd. With a solicitor acting for me I have been attempting to resolve this since October 2019. Under normal circumstances this matter would have reached Court by now, but of course the Covid-19 outbreak has delayed things. Straightforward people that have great knowledge.i was a complete novice with wine investment but could understand things from the off ,would recommend Elite fine wines to anyone looking for different types of investment

Just a gentle word of advice though. The people you serve are also in business to earn in order to invest. Would it be ideal to email/text and request a timed call to avoid calling when clients are busy with other things. That way you get undivided attention and probably improved results.

So far so good! I have been investing in Stocks for many years with so far reasonable results. So very early days for me in wine investing but aside from the future financial returns, EFW have been very easy to deal with, and Daniel Gurr has been always available and very helpful, making this a very painless process!

Steve was very helpful and sorted out my payment immediately. Very happy with the service .

After some initial delays in selling some of my investment when I needed to make my assets less illiquid (pun not intended) EFW have come through with a reasonable deal which has allowed me to pay off some debt. Thanks to Daniel Gurr for getting this sorted. Daniel is always easy to contact about any issue concerning the investment even when on one of his frequent pre-Corona virus China trips.

I feel I have invested wisely, now that I am working with Brandon I am confident that I will get a good return on my investment, although it has not yet gone full circle. The only down side for me is Brandon is my fourth broker in two years.

My experience with my broker Thomas Johnson at Elite Fine Wines was exceptional and really made me feel at ease as this was my first investment.
