Starting using Elite Wine & Whisky with Riccardo as my point of contact. Very friendly, with good knowledge (although not that I am in a position to dispute). I have bought both a case of wine and a cask of Whisky through the company. Relatively easy once all the paper work was sorted out and happy with my starting portfolio.

Getting the first cask of Whisky proved difficult and it was a couple of months before I could see that I actually owned anything tangible. Something Riccardo agreed with and I imagine the company are working on improving.

Have not sold anything yet so can update when appropriate.

Recently joined with Elite Wine & Whiskey. Been talking with Brandon and he gave a very thorough breakdown of things. He took time to understand needs and wants for now and the future and how they could help.

I only engaged with Elite Wine and Whisky to wind up the investment of my late father, whilst administrating his estate. Prior to this, I had no experience whatsoever of investing in wine or any other form of alcohol. From day 1 Steve and the team put me at ease. They understood that it was a delicate time and moved as quickly as they could to unwind the investment. Steve ensured that I was fully aware of my options with the estate in a way that could only be considered professional, polite and expertly. Steve even called me after the sale had be completed confirming the money was en-route.
Special praise has to go to Sky. Sky, in her administrative role, kept me up-to-date every step of the way, confirming every single piece of information I needed to provide, every document I needed to complete and putting everything in terms I could understand. If I emailed over a query Sky responded in no time at all. Sky then went out of her way to confirm every steps of the sales process and when it had been completed. This meant I did not have to chase once, something unheard of when dealing with a loved one's estate with any organisations. Finally, Sky was also kind enough to not just offer condolences at the start of our interaction, when I expected them to given, but at the end as well. This makes me feel that not only is Sky highly efficient, organised, experienced and motivated, but someone who genuinely cares. You would be lucky to deal with either Steve or Sky at any time with Elite Wine and Whisky. They have this entire, upsetting, process so simple I would be willing to invest my own money with them when I had the funds available. Finally, there were no hidden charges in selling the wine after it had been unlocked. Like most people, I tend to think poorly of companies with hidden charges and it was refreshing to find Elite Wine and Whisky kept everything up front.

A truly professional and enjoyable experience from start to finish. This was my first investment, so going in was a little daunting. However the Elite team made me feel at ease and comfortable all the way through.
