I underwent an open rhinoseptoplasty with Mr Hassan, and from my initial consultation I felt confident in my decision to proceed under his care. Having carried out extensive research, I had a clear idea of the outcome I wanted, and Mr Hassan aligned with this while providing expert guidance.

Prior to surgery, I struggled with breathing due to a deviated septum. Mr Hassan clearly explained how this could be corrected alongside the aesthetic improvements, which gave me further confidence in the procedure.

On the day of surgery, he ensured I felt completely at ease by talking me through each step and setting realistic expectations. His calm and professional approach was very reassuring.

The results have been exceptional. Not only can I now breathe properly, which has made a significant difference to my quality of life, but the aesthetic outcome has genuinely exceeded anything I thought possible. Even one year post-operation, I am still amazed and absolutely love how natural the result looks. It has been truly life-changing.

Communication throughout was excellent, and I felt fully supported both before and after surgery. The aftercare has also been outstanding, with consistent follow-up and the reassurance of ongoing support even one year on.

I wanted to share my experience because there’s very little information online about micro or modified lifts, and I hope it helps anyone considering this procedure. My surgeon, Mr Sultan Hassan, came highly recommended, and from the first consultation I felt completely reassured. He is very straight talking, clear, and honest, which I really appreciated.

The procedure was a modified “one stitch lift,” essentially a mini SMAS/MACS technique – not threads, cogs, or endoscopic. It involves tightening layers and removing excess skin, with multiple stitches placed around the temple hairline and down toward the ear, leaving a shorter scar than the extended mini face lift. I was extremely nervous as it was my first surgical procedure and I would be awake under local anaesthetic (no sedation).

There was a brief sting when the anaesthetic went in (no worse than the dentist), but after that I didn’t feel any real pain, just some gentle tugging. My eyes were covered, so I couldn’t see anything, which actually helped me stay calm. For the first couple of nights, I personally used over-the-counter codeine to stay comfortable. The pharmacist discusses it with you before selling, and I share this purely as my own experience. After that, I managed tenderness with paracetamol and ibuprofen.

The nursing care was amazing. Ammie was so kind, reassuring, and had a great sense of humour, she really helped calm my nerves. The team at Elite Surgical were extremely professional, and my care coordinator, Simon, was patient, kind, and funny. He was always available, whether by phone or WhatsApp, and would reply the same day, both before and after the procedure, checking in on me regularly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt fully supported.

Everything went seamlessly with no complications, nausea, or sickness, and I was home within about two hours with a full aftercare pack including advice sheets, antibiotics (oral and ointment), surgical swabs, and pain relief. Recovery was straightforward: swelling and bruising were minimal, and I returned to work after two weeks. At three months, I still get some mild smarting around the incision sites, which is normal as nerves settle, but overall the results are exactly what I hoped for; my jowls are lifted, nasolabial folds softened, and I look naturally refreshed which has boosted my confidence.

As a Registered Health Professional, I can honestly say my experience was gold standard from consultation through post-op. I would a million percent recommend Mr Sultan Hassan and his team, Elite Surgical, to anyone considering a surgical procedure. His credentials are exceptional, and it’s easy to see why he is so highly regarded as a leading celebrity surgeon.

After years of feeling self conscious about a previous rhinoplasty that left me with breathing issues and aesthetic dissatisfaction .Also I had a nostril deformity due to an injury 55 years ago. It is one year since rhinoplasty, breast reduction, breast lift and fat transfer. I paid for one other consultation before deciding to go with Elite surgical and went with Mr Hassan as I felt confident and in safe hands; he was also willing to complete all procedures on the same day, which was important to me in regards to recovery time.
I was apprehensive as I hadn't had any previous experience and didn't want to travel abroad. Staying relatively local was also a contributing factor.

After so much research, I found the right surgeon for me - Mr Sultan Hassan. Why? His professionalism, understanding, knowledge, optional advice and total caring demeanor. The whole team are extremely caring and available to answer any questions - and I certainly had many.

My twenty year old implants had become extremely uncomfortable due to capsular contracture. The route I decided on was to have bilateral removal, breast uplift with fat transfer.
Why? After removal of implants my breast would have looked 'saggy', so the uplift corrected the position and the fat transfer has provided a natural subtle fullness - although I could have further fat transfer, I have decided against.

From start to finish from communication, friendliness and care my experience was extraordinary, I’m now 3 months out from my tummy tuck/thigh lift and I wouldn’t hesitate to use elite again, Mr Hassan, Simon and the rest of elite have been incredible!

I had a revision rhinoplasty with Mr. Hassan on July 2nd and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. After a previous surgery by another surgeon, I turned to Mr. Hassan for a revision, my nose was collapsed, my septum was deviated, I’d lost my sense of smell, and I couldn’t breathe through my right nostril.

From the very first consultation, Mr. Hassan made me feel calm, confident, and fully informed. He was patient, honest, and truly cared about getting the best result for me—both functionally and cosmetically.

From the initial call with Mr Hassan followed by a face to face consultation he was nothing but warm and professional. He kept me at ease throughout the whole process.

I have also attached a few photos. The BBL mattress, chair and pillow were and still are an absolute game changer, especially the mattress for people that can’t sleep on their front.
I placed it on top of my normal mattress surrounded by pillows and a long yoga pillow for under my thighs and it was a comfortable nights sleep.

The pillow is now my new best friend and comes with me everywhere!
It has just made the recovery a lot easier!

Since the age of 6, I’ve lived a life shaped by bullying, seclusion, and abuse — all because of how my nose made my face look to others. Relationships were rare and short-lived. My life felt like living in a permanent lockdown.
