Excellent service…
I placed an order for some of the materials I needed before realising that Elite Saddlery stocked many more of the things that I required. So I placed a second order. I was refunded the postage on the second order and all the items arrived the next day. Great service.

Svar fra Elite Saddlery Ltd
Dear Mrs Paternoster,
So sorry that you felt the rug was thicker than expected, but all are heat reflective with UVA protection and are breathable, but of course also designed to provide good cover against all fly types - so need to find a balance there somewhere. We do thank you for your feedback though, and will pass this on to PE.
I do hope our service was ok for you, and we would love to help you again in the future if possible to try to get 5 stars...
Best regards,

A Rocking Horse that dreams are made of…
In spite of the shipping delays at the Australian end my beautiful rocking horse arrived completely unscathed and she was everything that Angie said she would be.
Angie was lovely to communicate with and I feel that she did everything in her power to make my experience a good one.
The restoration of my horse is just about perfect and I am thrilled with her.
Definitely worth the wait!

Svar fra Elite Saddlery Ltd
Dear Jen,
Thank you so much for taking the time to give us a lovely review, we really appreciate it. We worried like you when the couriers were a bit rubbish over there, but the long journey was definitely worth it.
I do hope your rocking horse gives you years of pleasure especially with your keepsakes in the mane and tail, and gives you great memories whenever you run your fingers through the hair.
Lovely to help you throughout and we'd make you a 5 star customer too...
Kind regards,
Angie and Russell, Elite Saddlery Ltd.
