Mollys bridle
I would like to thank Angie who helped with the purchase of my little mare Molly’s bridle. It is the first time I have purchased on line and unfortunately the bridle was not a good fit. I did try the bridle on Molly and did try to alter the holes with the buckles. This did mean it did have indents on these holes and after posting the bridle back to Elite, Angie explained it could not be resold as new. Angie did fully explain and it is unfortunate that the bridle did not fit. Please be aware when trying on your new bridle. Like our bodies, our best friends have different sizes too. Thank you Angie and Elite for your customer care. Amanda

Svar fra Elite Saddlery Ltd
Dear Amanda,
Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review and for the 5 stars too, it's really appreciated.
I am very grateful for your understanding in this instance, as the problem we face is that if now sold again another customer would see the markings left and think that the bridle wasn't new and would not accept it, so we are really caught in the middle and have to resell the bridle as tried but returned.
To show our appreciation for your understanding I will be in touch with an offer just for you,as we would love to see you back again as a customer of something for Molly.
Kind regards,
Angie, Elite Saddlery Ltd.
