Ich habe insgesamt drei Geräte von Elegoo und bin mit ihnen sehr sehr zufrieden. Wenn man etwas bestellt, geht die Lieferung sehr schnell. Falls man mal ein Problem hat, dies über das Kontaktformular schildert, wird immer innerhalb 24 Stunden (meistens weniger)  geantwortet und ein geholfen. Ich kann die Firma empfehlen.

I absolutely do not recommend this brand. I own two 3D printers from them: a Mars 5 and a Saturn 4 Ultra. With the Mars 5, the print randomly jammed within the first minute of operation. After incredibly long and tedious negotiations, they sent me a replacement motherboard—from China, of course (I am an EU resident), which naturally caused issues with customs duties. It took several weeks to force them to pay the customs fees, and I had to repair the printer myself, even though it was brand new (less than a month old).

I was foolish enough to buy their 'top-tier' Saturn 4 Ultra model a year later, and that was my biggest mistake. It was a Christmas gift, so I only started using it a few weeks later. Everything seemed fine for the first month while printing small items. However, during the first larger print, the printer started making a horrific knocking and tearing sound. I requested a replacement, but they refused. After weeks of back-and-forth, they sent me an update file and assured me that if the problem persisted, my warranty would remain intact.

I printed maybe three smaller models, but when I attempted a larger print recently, I woke up to find the entire printer covered in resin, which had leaked inside the unit. There was no resin under the vat or on the screen, and I checked the PFA/FEP film—it was the original one and was perfectly fine. I documented everything with photos for them. They assured me that if I sent a photo of the vat filled with water placed over a dry paper towel to prove there were no leaks, they would arrange a replacement unit (which was a compromise on my part, as I had originally demanded a refund due to prior circumstances).

I performed the test because I am 100% certain that I made no mistake and the printer is defective (likely, during larger prints, the FEP film stretches and the vibrations caused resin to splash out, despite the resin level being below the 'max' line and all settings being correct). Even though they received exactly what they asked for, suddenly there is no more talk of a new unit; instead, they are telling me to send the printer to their factory for inspection.

In the span of two years, I bought two printers and both were defective. When it comes to warranty claims, they stall and are incapable of effectively resolving customer issues. I used everything from their brand—the printer, the resin, and the heater. On the Saturn 4, I printed maybe 20 models in total. Now I have a printer full of resin and I’ve lost €500. Avoid these Chinese toys at all costs; you will save yourself both nerves and money. I am filing a complaint with the European Commission and local consumer protection authorities. ELEGOO NEVER AGAIN!!! The competition is vast, and there are certainly better companies worth your money. I spent around €1,000 with this unreliable company, and it was a complete waste.

Ich drucke seit über einem Jahr und bestelle (auch bei Ama...n) regelmäßig von Elegoo. Grundsätzlich bin ich zufrieden, aber die aktuelle Situation mit dem Filament im Elegooshop ist wirklich sehr ärgerlich.

Ich erhalte ständig Werbemails für Filament-Angebote, obwohl die Produkte seit Tagen – teilweise seit Wochen – ausverkauft sind. Auch heute habe ich wieder eine Aktion („5 bestellen, 4 bezahlen“) per Werbung erhalten. Natürlich bin ich direkt in den Shop gegangen, in der Annahme, dass der Bestand aufgefüllt wurde. Doch erneut war alles leer.

Solche Werbeaktionen zu versenden, obwohl keine Ware verfügbar ist, sorgt nur für Frust bei Bestandskunden. Ich erwarte, dass Werbung erst dann verschickt wird, wenn die beworbenen Produkte auch tatsächlich lieferbar sind.

Ich bitte darum, diese Vorgehensweise zu überdenken.

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von Elegoo und rate dringend davon ab, dort zu bestellen – besonders wenn EU-Lager-Versand versprochen wird. Meine Bestellung sollte aus dem EU-Lager kommen, wie explizit in der Produktbeschreibung und beim Checkout angegeben („Sofort lieferbar aus EU-Lager – 2-5 Werktage“). Stattdessen hänge ich jetzt seit 3,5 Wochen in einem Versand-Blackout fest, ohne dass das Paket auch nur den Lagerstatus verlassen hat. Das ist nicht nur ärgerlich, sondern ein klarer Vertragsbruch.

Zuerst die Fakten: Ich habe einen Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro bestellt, der laut Shop-Seite „Sofort lieferbar aus EU-Lager – 2-5 Werktage“ versprochen wurde. Perfekt, um Zollprobleme und lange China-Wartezeiten zu vermeiden. Nach der Zahlung per PayPal kam sofort die Bestellbestätigung mit „Versand innerhalb 2-5 Werktagen“. Super, dachte ich. Aber nach einer Woche Funkstille: Immer noch „In Bearbeitung“. Kein Tracking, keine Sendungsnummer, nichts.

a dicembre 2025 ho segnalato un problema sulla stampante carbon dove la stampante si bloccava senza motivo durante la stampa. Il servizio support mi risponde alla mia segnalazione dopo 2 settimane, e chiede ulteriori informazioni, ( stampante acquistata a settembre 2025), da qui nessuna risposta, invio 5 mail e non ricevo piu nessuna risposta o supporto. Mi offro di acquistare i pezzi di ricambio o di acquistare due nuove stampanti con un ragionevole sconto, ma continua il silenzio da parte dello staff di ELEGOO. Che dire.. seppur la stampante è di buona fattura, permane la totale assenza di supporto pertanto sconsiglio di comprarla.

Elegoo advertised a new & open box 3D printer on their website. I purchased it for my daughter. When it arrived, there was filament in the nozzle which told me this was a used printer that they hadn't even cleaned. The printer didn't work well from day 1. Even after balancing the printer and following the instructions, the printer never created a complete object without errors. I emailed customer service and only received long emails with trouble shooting instructions. Elegoo did not provide any solutions, no reimbursement, no refund, and no replacement.

Beyond their false advertisements with multi-color, the warranty only allows return within the first 14 days of purchase. If you (like I) received your unit as a Christmas present, the refundable warranty period had expired before you even used the product. But just about every state in America has a law against this if the unit is defective.

My Centauri Carbon 1 has been broken for 72% of the time I have owned it, and most of the downtime has been spent waiting on hardware replacements from China for defective parts.

Avoid this company at all costs

Service après-vente laisse à désirer. Vous laisse avec votre problème sans réponse claire. Attention ! Si il y a un défaut au niveau de l'écran : aucune garantie ! Elegoo vend la machine et c'est tout !

I have been having a problem with a Neptune 4 Max. Elegoo support has been wonderful working with me to resolve the situation.
Their after sales support is the very best l have experienced.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Sold the Century carbon one with the promise of multi filament printing in Q3 kept promising it until exactly after the return window expired, then came out with a new printer, which is almost the same as the old one, but it does have the multicolor ability and told the old owners they can have $80 off of their new printer. The old printer was heavily advertised as with the ability to have multi filament printing in Q3.

Ich drucke seit 2017 in 3D mit Filament und auch Resin. Seit ich ELEGOO entdeckt habe, bin ich Fan. Egal ob Verbrauchsmaterial oder die Maschinen selbst, mit hoher Präzision gefertigt, was ich als Maschinenbauer wohl bewerten kann. Da ich schon 2x den Service in Anspruch genommen habe, kann ich ebenso nur wirklich gute Hilfe und/oder Ersatzteile bestätigen.

i order a 3d printer from this company and am waiting now for one month and i didn't receive yet. When i contact with customer support and they don't know where is my printer. Am very disappointed about the services

It was great, placed the order and everything arrived smoothly after that.

Do not buy from Elegoo. They do not stand behind their machines. I have been trying to get resolution on a faulty machine since November (3 months). I have sent them photos, videos and other evidence. Every time I reply to their demands, they ask for something else. A total waste of time and money. Not a serious company. Take your business elsewhere.

I bought a Neptune 4 max July 2025, It’s never worked properly Elegoo did send me a new motherboard and display under warranty and it recognises itself as a Neptune 4 max now. I’ve followed all guidelines to get something to actually print and it doesn’t. I would like a full refund or partial refund or a completely new printer sent under warranty. I understand you can’t refund after 14 days but really it’s a joke. I shall never deal with Elegoo again. I’m not prepared to do anymore work to it as I’ve already bought some parts at my own cost.

Prima esperienza con stampanti FDM e relativi filamenti, cominciata circa un anno fa, partendo senza elevatissime aspettative ma con curiosità per questo tipo di tecnologia, mi ritengo soddisfatto sia dal punto di vista costruttivo delle stampanti che quello dei materiali di stampa, che mi hanno permesso di realizzare con soddisfazione parecchi e vari proggetti .
Premetto che considerando il mio approccio iniziale ho puntato su qualcosa di basic, cercando un prezzo concorrenziale, ma considerando i risultati ottenuti non escludo in futuro di implementare con l'aggiunta di un modello ELEGOO piu performante, perché si sa, che queste tecnologie in brevissimo tempo fanno molti miglioramenti.

Das Produkt ist OK, aber wenn man bei einer Bestellung nicht automatisch auch eine Rechnung erhält und sich diese im Nachhinein auch nicht wirklich anfordern lässt, bekomme ich Kiemen und so etwas ist einer international gut aufgestellten Firma nicht würdig.

firstly i am a great fan of the machines and have a Mars 5 and Saturn 4 Ultra already both of which work well, with the 16k it has worked really well for 3 months but then suddenly went dead as just about to print, after trouble to remove resin as the head shut down in the vat i contacted Elegoo support, be prepare for one email per day to resolve the issue and you will have to be prepared to take the machine apart. My issue involved looking at the motherboard to trouble shoot the connection, taking them out and replacing one by one ( all are glued in place so takes a bit of time), once doing this it was identified that the force sensor terminal was faulty, i was advised a part will be sent along with a video of how to complete, watching the video i have to pretty much take the whole machine apart to take the lead out ( it went from the x-axis assembly to the motherboard). When complaining i did not feel i should complete this due to the age of the machine i was offered a bottle of resin for the trouble, refusing again i was advised it could be sent away for repair but at my cost. Looking at warranty detail ( wish i had before) it advises after 14 days the cost to send the item for repair is on the customer. Therefore i have now agree to send me the part and i will try and fix. So i wanted to share this for those purchasing to know this is the process you will need to go through so consider this before purchase.
