With USPS has banning the shipment of nicotine products due to the PACT Act, we are now reliant on private carriers that make compliant deliveries (including obtaining a signature upon delivery). Hi Linda, I can confirm that both of the orders that did not reach you have been already been refunded. Because of the PACT Act, we are no longer able to ship with USPS; FedEx, DHL, and all other major shipping companies have decided to make similar decisions surrounding the ban of shipping nicotine products. As such, we are now reliant on private carriers that make compliant deliveries.

Since they don't have the same infrastructure as the Postal Service your package may take unusual routes as it is passed through a network of carriers rather than directly to a local distribution center. We have also seen slightly longer transit times as well as occasional delays in tracking updates. We are working with their technical support team to rectify these concerns as quickly as possible.

Hi Karen, it looks as though your purchase was marked as delivered on the 20th. We are accepting all inquiries via email or via the HelpDesk on the website.

We have transitioned to having all of our packages delivered via one carrier our previous one is no longer operable. It is going to take them a little bit of time to get acclimated to our bandwidth and needs; however, we can assure you that we are doing everything in our power to rectify these tracking delays.
