Do not purchase through this company. They did not deliver my package.
Pre-sale, their website doesn't make it apparent that Electric Tobacconist uses fringe carriers that you likely have never heard of. They do not partner with standard U.S. carriers like FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Also, troubling is The Electric Tobacconist website doesn't provide the name of the carrier they have used for your package. What they give you prior to contacting them is a tracking number with no reference to whom that tracking number belongs to. You won't have a clue who they used as the carrier for your package until you contact them.
In my case, they used AmeriShip to as the carrier. I have no evidence that AmeriShip ever made any attempt to deliver my package because there was no note left on the door or in our mailbox regarding an attempted delivery.
Electric Tobacconist never provided any kind of notification either. Had I not contacted the company, I would have never been aware my shipment was returned to Electric Tobacconist.
To make matters worse, Electric Tobacconist deducts a $20 "re-stocking fee" from your refund.
I consider this a very shady practice and will no longer use this company as a result.
UPDATE June 15, 2026
I was working from my home office on the two days AmeriShip and Electric Tobacconist claim delivery attempts were made (6/4/26 and 6/5/26).
There was no knock on the door and the doorbell didn’t ring. As stated previously, there was also no written notice that a delivery attempt was made.
So, Electric Tobacconist takes the word of the “Standard Regional Carrier” against the customer arbitrarily and without proof.
They get the product you paid for returned to them and charge their customers $20 for a restocking fee.
There’s likely nothing available on their site that a $20 e-credit would cover given the shipping charges applied. And the shipping would be handled by the same sketchy “Standard Regional Carrier”.
So, ask yourself, is this a legitimate company? I say absolutely not. Take my advice and don’t purchase from this company. You’ll regret it and you’ll pay $20 for the bad experience.
Also, as of today, 6/15/26, I have not received the partial refund they mention.

Due to the PACT Act, we can no longer ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. As a result, we now work with private carriers who ensure compliance with these regulations. We clearly state on our shipping page that the only shipping option available is the Standard Regional Carrier. Without further information, we are unable to review your order details. However, our delivery partners provide a fully tracked service, and tracking is updated when the parcel is scanned. Unfortunately, if you were unavailable to sign for the order, this is beyond our control, and the order would have been returned to us. In such cases, we offer two options: a full e-wallet credit or a refund, minus a $20 restocking fee, which is credited to your e-wallet. As requested, your order was refunded, and the restocking fee was credited to your e-wallet to use on your next order. We thank you for your understanding. Best Regards - ET Team

In my opinion it took too long to resolve this. I ordered 10/22 and today 11/11 I received my order. I received in the beginning a lot of generic emails which didn’t help me solve my problem. Do you have a phone number people can call and talk to a person?

This company is awful. They are based in England so I just found out but call themselves US. Their delivery is upwards of 35 days just shy of 40 day guarantee. The employees say same thing over ans over. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Very Long Wait For Delivery Yet To Be Received
I ordered Logic Vapes from this company in the amount of $285.00 on October 7, 2025. It is now October 17, 2025, and the tracking app indicates “out for delivery” for 10 days now. The company is based in Boulder, Colorado. I am based in Connecticut. So, this shouldn’t be a complicated delivery. I expressed my concern on their website and their response was I have to wait for up to 40 days before any refund may be offered. This is an unsatisfactory response. I am now in grave doubt the product will ever be received let alone ever receiving a refund.

You will never get your purchase
My husband made a purchase on July 14, 2025. It is now July 31, 2025. He still has not got his order. Multiple messages were left on there website because they don't provide a phone number to talk to someone. NOONE had got back with him. BEWARE!!!!! This company is a scam. We have asked for a refund but Noone has replied back.

Horrible horrible horrible… did I say horrible. Do not order anything from this company and expect to receive it. The shipping company they use GLS (read their reviews) is horrible. They just drive around and post stickers on your door that they attempted delivery if you call them they will tell you a delivery window and then never show up and then say you can pick it up at their warehouse. These two companies ( ET and GLS) are a waste of your time and money. Go to a tobacco/vape store instead.

Takes forever, never arrives, and they steal your money
Horrible shipping... takes forever, no notifications, needs a signature, no attempt delivery note left, customer service is horrible and unhelpful. Ordered over a month ago, never had a delivery attempt note left, my product I never received was returned back to the company and they want to keep $20 for a restocking fee. Customer service states it is in their fine details in a very demeaning manner. Do NOT recommend, unless you are okay with never receiving your product and giving them money.

I placed a order on 4-15-25. Today is 6-3-25. They did try to delivered it on yesterday 6-2-25. Would been nice if they give a heads up since they don't give tracking. Even though my order was not processed due to a glitch in the system, customer service was very attentive and took care of the problem. My only complaint is that the order cannot be expedited, which in turn is costing me money, but I did receive a ten-dollar credit.
