Easy plug and play everything needed…
Bought an old caravan 98 model Windsor Dynasty and had a 2018 Colorado Ute with out electric brake set up. Easy plug and play everything needed supplied 15min ready to go thanks

Does exactly what it should
Does exactly what it should. Easy to set up. Answered straight away when we rang for advice (the app couldn't find the device as we forgot to turn on the lights...) then they talked us through all the settings anyway, and everything worked fine.

Everything about it from purchase
Everything about it from purchase, postage, delivery to the installation was the easier thing I’ve ever bought. Easy to use and navigate even for someone whom technology is not a close friend. The unit does everything its advertised to do, I couldn’t be happier.

Simplicity is the key...
Simplicity is the key.... connect... test and then go... comfort of knowing the trailer is braking via the App... not having knobs etc protruding from the dash.... I can use my 75 series... my 100 series and now my 200 series on the same trailer with the same system.
What a I would like to see is some you tubes on explaining the settings on the App... at the time I purchased the trailer and hence the Elecbrakes.... there was little to advise on what the settings would typically be.

Fantastic Unit and an outstanding company
This company is outstanding. I got a new elec brake unit. It was easy to fit. There was a fault with it. I rang Elec Brakes, and they diagnosed the problem straight away and arranged a new unit from a local supplier within 30 minutes. The unit itself is so easy. It is attached to the drawbar. Connect the trailer plug to your car, Bluetooth the unit to your phone, and you're set to go. It's so easy to use and has no impact on your car. Fantastic piece of equipment, brakes on the caravan work as they should, and the company's service delivery is outstanding

Very happy with my EB2 unit. So easy to use and saved a lot of hassle putting the redarc in my Touareg. Works so well, and quick to receive. Thank you!

Easy to install
Easy to install without having to connect into the car’s wiring.
Adjusting the braking balance using the phone app is easy. The pre-set default settings work well.
