My 2 year old son got this for his birthday and he is absolutely obsessed with it! He’s on it every day and has the best time. It feels really sturdy and stable, which gives me peace of mind while he’s playing. I feel comfortable letting him enjoy it knowing it’s safe. We’re so happy with it and I can’t wait to get the tent walls so we can start creating some fun little adventures with it!

Ordered the new Treehouse few weeks ago. No where on the website or placing the order did it say it was out of stock. After a week of no contact got an email saying it's out of stock. Got another email saying it's out of stock again. If they let me know before I bought it that it was out of stock, with a rough estimate of when it would be I could decide if I was going to go ahead with this company or not. I've called a few times gotten hung up on every time, sent a few emails now with no response..starting to feel like I got scammed. If someone actually would contact me I'd feel better.

I ordered a tree house for my kids month ago. And they saying that the delivery will be done in 3-5 business days now its April 15th and still nothing, Very hard to communicate with them nobody will answer your emails, when i call them and ask they saying that they out of stock. And will be delivered till the and of the may.

Recently purchased the Flare trampoline in medium. Perfect size for our 2 kids. Arrived within 2 days of purchasing. Great quality. 100% recommend.

They took my money for a tent for the trampoline and put it on back order in November since they didn't have stock and were planning on getting stock in in the near future. I have been trying to talk to somebody there to figure out what's going on with this and is all I get is we will have a manager contact you within next 48 hours and this has been going on for about a month. At this point I just want my money back and nothing to do with this company ever again. If I could return the trampoline that's sitting in my garage in boxes that are unopended still I would do that too. I'm probably just going to sell it because I don't want to even own their products anymore at this point. 99% sure they're just trying to steal my money. Be aware.

I purchased a play structure from Vuly. They were saying that it was 48 HR delivery. It has been almost 2 weeks and all they have done is take my money, with zero response to where my play set actually is. They now have a different sale going offering th same shipping promises.

Customer Service can’t even be bothered to respond to me.

We’ve had our trampoline for 6 years now. Still in fab condition, just had to replace a few springs and they were 1/2 price. Love Vuly. Always looking out for their customers.

Great product very strong and study with super fast delivery (almost too fast so it is a very early birthday present :-) ). We got the Ultra 2 small and both my 2 yo and 6yo can bounce around fine and love the basketball attachment.

Kids love it and the shade cover gives us peace of mind - I would highly recommend!

Tip: With the add ons if you order them at the same time as the trampoline check their instructions before you build as we had to go back and undo things to fit them so it would be quicker to have added them into the original build.

Great sale offer, great product. I needed a swing set that didn't need cementing in the ground and can handle heavy swinging, this fits the bill.

Pros: Decently easy to put together - takes awhile but easy to follow directions.
Generally fun. Keeps kids engaged.

Cons: safety! Both the bed swing and the nest swing have serious design flaws the way they are “held together”, the bolts come off and kids are falling to the ground - one even hit their head on the pole while it happened. We had only played on the set 10 or so times and the swings have fallen apart several times now. I do not feel safe letting my kids play on them anymore.
Customer service - I reached out to try to figure out a safe solution to the bolt problem and….nothing….crickets. I do not think they care about my kids safety or yours :(

Great sturdy product. Is expensive but for that price I do expect it to last a long time.

Small Quest 2.1 Monkey Bars- This has been the best investment for our three (very busy & energetic) boys. apart from great fun- it has been great for helping with self regulation and getting out the sillies. boys also love the cubby for quiet time.
We also have a ten year old Vuly tramp still going strong!

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the dishonest customer service. I purchased a high-priced Vuly play module and, after only ONE winter in the Montreal area, rust began appearing at every single junction and connection point.
When I contacted customer service, their response was insulting. They tried to claim that because I live near the St. Lawrence River, the "saline air" and "ocean tides" caused the corrosion. For reference, Montreal is over 300 km away from any saltwater. It is a freshwater region. This is a blatant lie used to invoke an environmental exclusion clause and deny a legitimate warranty claim.
Their "solutions" were equally ridiculous:
1. They offered to send replacement parts, which would require hours of manual labor on my part to disassemble and reassemble a defective product.
2. They actually suggested I use a wire brush to scrub the rust off myself!
If you are in Canada, be warned: these products are NOT engineered for our climate. The company does not stand behind its "warranty" and will use fake geographical excuses to avoid refunding you. A premium-priced outdoor product should not fail within 6 months.
Save your money and buy from a reputable local company that understands Canadian winters and respects consumer protection laws.

We bought the Ultra 2 Pro Large and its very good quality Australian trampoline. Happy with the purchase.

The assembly of this item has been a nightmare. Instructions aren't even slightly clear and you have to piece together your unit based on different pages from different instruction guides. I've emailed and gotten no response. I called and the person on the phone seemed half asleep and was barely able to communicate. I'm absolutely shocked at how this company can exist. This seems like a giant scam. If I can't get a response or some type of direction on how to proceed with this company soon, I'll be working with the credit card company to refund this.
