I spoke with Helen in customer services who was very helpful from the start, she explained clearly what I needed to do and what documentation had not been provided by the service company.
Once I had obtained and sent over Helen replied and confirmed very promptly.

Five star service
I had an excellent experience when I called Elddis. I was looked after by a lady called Allison, I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful lady to look after me and my query.
Everything was taken care of for me which was a huge weight lifted for me. I just couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great customer service and experience
Great help recently from the team at Elddis - particularly Rachel and Allison - helping rectify an historic issue with recording of a completed service by an AWS engineer who hadn’t uploaded the service records. Very swift response and quick resolution - great customer service and experience.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Once they have your money they do not want to know. My Bailey was much better. This Elldis has been nothing but trouble since we bought it new every service requires warranty which then takes months for the parts to arrive. Customer service just give you the brush off every time you contact them.
I would never buy or recomend a Elldis to anyone.

Great customer service
After our caravan supplier ceased trading Elddis have honoured our order for replacement parts and have organised delivery to an alternative caravan supplier. Their customer service team was great - quick, responsive, pleasant and very helpful

First class customer care.
I required an item for my motorhome that had been damaged. After contacting the customer care team, Allison set the wheels in motion and the item was sorted in no time and posted out directly to me. This has allowed us to keep our motorhome in as new condition and able to continue on our adventures. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer care I have received. Once again thank you Elddis and a special thank you to Allison. Five stars well and truly deserved.

leaking water tank ,and alarm issue
I Purchased a new elddis evolution cv40 campervan with in weeks i started to notice issues. Water tank under the van was leaking. On the back doors one of the catches that holds the door shut had a bolt half way out, and one of the window catches on the near side windows wasn't screwed down.
then to top it off the alarm system was not working as it should,this hadn't been setup correctly.
After a phone call to Elddis they said this is a dealer issue as they sold the van.
But at the end of the day it was built and all installations was done at elddis.
Then comes the warranty claim what a farse that is, Alarm not not worrking as it should can become a insurance issue.
Went to the dealership 5th of June after 7 weeks i got a email saying new ecu for alarm should arrive ETA 22nd september. what a joke that is.
This problem has been Rectifyed now by the company who's alarm i have.
My suggestion to Elddis is the person who is doing the alarm install make sure he knows what he is doing on setting things up with the van keys ECT.
Also make sure your vans have a proper Pre Delivey inspection before leaving the factory. It seems the dealership has to deal with your failings.

Bought a brand new Elddis Avante 454 in…
Bought a brand new Elddis Avante 454 in 2024
Within the first 6 months I had 2 water ingresses and damp in the bathroom.
The so called engineer at Elddis said the damp must have caused storing something wet in the bathroom?
Laughable as we only spent 2 nights in it.
Luckily the Fiancial Ombudsman agreed with me and I got all my money back.
Took a year as they just wanted to keep repairing it.
Had a second hand Swift for 6 years and only changed the battery. Made a disastrous decision to P/X it for the 454.
The build was shabby also.
Wouldn't have a Elddis for nothing.

Atrocious after care
We bought a brand new Eldiss 550 in2016 It has been appalling ranging from stress fractures through to water ingress. At every point Eldiss have tried to,and generally succeeded in weazingly out of any responsibility for the poor construction of the caravan. I need to restate that none of the problems have been caused by our negligence. Yearly maintenance. We have been tour guides and rally stewards with the Caravanning and Camping Club. One might feel that a ten year old van will have issues but these issues started at 3 years old. Can not recommend Eldiss

Elddis - Absolute Rubbish
Bought Elddis Avante 840 new in 2022 for over £27k, took into a dealer to P/X and they found damp in front panel around windows above and around all three windows. Stupidly I didn't get the services and habitation checks done after the first year so understand i have no come back on the warranty, just didn't expect problems with new van, how wrong were we. Build quality - absolute rubbish - you be better making one out of lego.

Never again
Never again. We have a 2022 Elddis Chatsworth 840. The general quality is appalling where internal panels are just shoddily put together. The biggest issue however, is water ingress. This was reported to Glossop caravans September 2024 they then got the caravan in for assessment in October 2024. We have had to wait until the end of April 2025 for the caravan to go in to have the work done. This can then take up to 6 weeks. We have been wanting to sell this caravan since September but can’t until this is resolved. Customer care/service is non-existent.

AVOID-AVOID First purchased Compass…
AVOID-AVOID First purchased Compass Capiro from factory show 2016. Front panel water ingress within 2 weeks, 600 mile return journey to dealer for repair which had to be repeated again the following year, leaking wash basin sink plus bunk bed configuration issues plus numerous other issues. Dealer was very helpful, then back damp issues. Illness resulted in us selling it. One year on purchased an Affinity only to reject it before we removed it from the local dealer, had various obvious issues. Two months later Dec 2023 a new build arrived in the dealers which LOOKED fault free. The fridge door detached from the hinged end on the first trip. Door replaced by dealer. Now at first service damp readings of 50 in back of the van. Inspection of the roof revealed mastic joints on roof which looked to have been done by children. You don’t climb on to the roof of a new house when you buy, but you obviously need to with ELDDIS, I would not have purchased it if I had seen the workmanship of roof /rail joints APPALLING. Now having to wait 7 months for the warranty work to be completed . AVOID AVOID
