Ekosport Anmeldelser 

Hey,
I ordered the QUIKSILVER FOREVER 2L GTX JK BARN RED 20 ski jacket, I made the payment (with 22euros shipping fees to Slovenia, 5% discount code and 1euro preparation fee) but the order hasn't been validated yet, I didn't receive a confirmation email and the order doesn't show up in my orders on my account and the ski jacket is still in my basket. The only orders are from previous tries, days before (all were cancelled by my side).
I made the order today (16.02.2021). How long does it take for the order to be validated or is it possible there was an error processing the order (even though I made the payment). The possible order numbers I have (from this date) are:

The status on all of them is cancelled.

Have ordered some skiing clothing, week have passed but I haven’t received the shipping number, neither the goods.

I bought something from ekosport then i didn’t received nothing,after my money was sent,i try to contact them but they didn’t answered to my email.

Ekosport after service is terrible.
Bought Nidecker tracer snowboard boots in januari, The heel-lock lace snapped on first use and i needed after service support. Now it is oktober.. 9 MONTHS LATER, I have returned my product several times and they still have not repaired a simple malfunction. On last repair issue ekosport lied about sending the product to NiDecker for repair, product came back still not repaired. Decided to contact NiDecker and repair distributor they confirmed that they never received my boots for repair nor was there every a spare part requested. NiDecker also confirmed that the repairs are done incorrect and with the wrong spare parts.
After everything ekosport tried to get me to do the repair somewhere else.

Ekosport is a French based webshop with websites all over europe. The .nl version of the website is completely Dutch, however contact is only in french or poor english.

Ekosport might have cheap outlet prices but it is a complete sh*tshow of a company.
Definitely do NOT buy products from their webshop

Was a bit worried for a lot of negative reviews of Ekosport - some even calling the shop a scam. But eventually I ordered a pair of heavily discounted ski boots together with a couple of smaller things. I placed my order on a Saturday afternoon and the following Friday afternoon the parcel arrived to my doorstep. All the way from the order was dispatched on Monday I could follow my parcel's trip up through Northern Europe via the delivery company DPD's website.
But I did only get one single mail from Ekosport - an order confirmation. I did never get the mail telling me that my order had been shipped.
Another challenge I did not like was that after finding the Ekosport.de website that do only ship orders within Germany - and likewise within France from the Ekosport.fr website - I myself had to find out that there is a Ekosport.eu site as well which will handle orders for the whole of Europe as well as a number of countries outside Europa. They should make their own cross-links.
And the 5 per cent discount code on the French website does not apply to the .eu website nor the .de website.

I bought a Millet ski jacket and it came in decent time to my door step. I also used the customer support email feature and they have been quite responsive and helpful.
