Don't waste your money
All of the items I bought are the wrong size... no labels to actually confirm what size they are but bought 2 of the same item in different colours and they are completely different sizes, tried contacting them through the website and also return email and have had no response.

Edward Fraiser "Cashmere" jumper…
On May 29 I ordered a "Cashmere" jumper from Edward Fraiser whose website would indicate that this is a company in USA. I received the garment in a plastic bag on June 19 direct from China. No return address.
On opening the garment it was immediately noted to not be Cashmere but merely a cotton blend. There was a pull on the neck line( no biggie) and then when my husband tried it on it would appear that maybe the sleeves are inserted incorrectly and is basically unwearable. There are no tags at all on the garment, no size, no fabric content and no care instructions let alone an Edward Fraiser label. I have written to the company twice without reply even though the website states that any enquires will be answered within 48 hours. It is now 20 days since I first contacted the "Customer Care" team and still no reply. I require a refund of the $91(inc postage) this piece of garbage cost me without it costing me even more money to return it. Be warned do not deal with this shonkey company.

Questionable returns policy - but responsive and issue resolved
Ordered a package online which I wished to return. It turns out that they require me to return the item to the US (I am in the UK) at my cost; which would be more than the garment is worth. They have offered a 30% refund which I have accepted as the only logical option. I will be surprised if this is received.
Their location is not evident on their website and their policies are extremely onerous against the consumer. Their t&c's state that German law applies. Very strange for a US returns policy. All very suspect and opaque. There is no trust here. DTC brands have to create trust with their customer base and this is the worst online experience I've had in a long time. I feel taken advantage of and cheated.
Since the above review at 1 star the company has responded quickly and arranged a full refund. They have explained they are a new company in the process of getting their logistics right. I have therefore changed the review, perhaps generously, to 4 stars.
