I would give 0 stars if I could. Placed this order 3 weeks before Christmas. Sent them a message a week later regarding not receiving a tracking number. I received 1 reply stating that I would receive in 3-6 days. Sent them several messages after the 6 days and never got another reply. Nothing. Christmas came and went so now my son is looking for another coat for me to order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered the wrong size. They were very accommodating in fixing my problem. Easy to work with.

I'm really not happy with the size that came in my item. They gave me another one but it actually took quite long to come

Was told item would be delivered before Christmas. I’ve yet to receive it. I know better! Always read reviews before purchasing. This was a Christmas present for my husband. Very upset about this. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Scam, scam, scam.

total rip off. Supposedly it was a cashmere sweater that I ordered. It came without even a tag in it. I tried to return it, but had to pay shipping cost to China far greater than I paid for the shirt in lieu of return they offered a 20% discount on any additional purchase. Stay away I feel like a fool.

Received confirmation of an order cancelation yet they placed the charge and everytime that I try to contact them, I get a canned response. CROOKS!

If I could make it 0 stars I would but you have to give them 1 to be able to leave a review. Unfortunately I didn’t find this page before I too was scammed out of $187 for 3 joggers. Same experience as everyone else - clothes received look nothing like the pics, poor quality, wrong sizes, and cannot salvage whatsoever. Ms. Anna also replied to my email taking about ship back to China for $45-$50. Ridiculous scam artists got another one of us out here in the holiday season. Ought to be ashamed of themselves. BEWARE!!! Scam!!!! TRASH!!!!!

About a month ago, I made an order, but after I checked out and paid notice, my address was wrong, I informed the Support group immediately, but no action was taken. Next day, the package was shipped to the wrong address.
I contacted them and I explained the situation after three weeks they fully refunded me.
I was not expecting this because of so many bad reviews.
However, I just want to say the truth and say despite all odds they fully refunded me.
I really appreciate that. That’s why from my part I give them five stars.

I wanted to return the 3 mis-sized sweater. Returned have to be sent to China at rate of approximately $50. SERIOUSLY? I will not buy from this site again

I ordered one Red sweater. I received two identical blue sweaters. I emailed them to say I wanted to ship them back. They said they were sorry but I should try them on and they were sure that I would love them. I can't find a phone number nor will they call my cell. I'm pissed. These people are awful

All of the items on the website can be found on other websites for almost 80% cheaper. Screen shot the item you want and Google search the image it will show you all the other websites. The cardigan I wanted was $70 USD and I found the same one elsewhere for $12USD

I ordered a Medium and received XXXL. Ripped off for $50.

Ordered a product and they shipped something similar but not the product in the picture. Would not own up to their mistake and wanted me to ship the product back on my dollar to china then they would refund. Terrible customer experience. Would 100% not recommend this company to ANYONE. Not to mentioned what they did ship was cheap Chinese crap.
