ECO 4 grant - Poor customer service
Applied, sent in all the relevant information and a survey was set-up for this morning. When a no-show I had to phone them. Spoke to agent, Emma Smith, who then told me I was not eligible despite previous emails saying I was eligible.
I had not received an email to this effect, nor told the survey had been cancelled. She claimed to have phoned me several times. This was not true as there was no missed calls from their number. Wasted a whole morning.

You were initially marked eligible based on ESA, but upon reviewing your documents, it was confirmed to be contribution-based ESA, which unfortunately doesn’t qualify under ECO4 guidelines. We understand this was frustrating, especially after your time was set aside.

Professional Installation
Very prompt service and professional service. New boiler installed and old back boiler removed.
Had some issues after installation. A bit difficult to get customer service initially. Once we got through, the issue was not related to the new boiler
