We had a really friendly likeable salesman who wasn’t pushy like some companies and did us a great deal on top rate A+++ windows and front door. Fitters turned up on the day and were faultless with clean installation and thoughtful with rugs laid down and proper clean of all windows and doors and clean up of their work area. Proper service for quality windows and doors at great price, highly recommended!!

From start to finish I have been impressed with EE Glazing.
Josh came to our house to discuss options, he was professional, honest and easy to talk to. There was no hard sell and we felt at ease.
Our surveyor came round a few days later to double check all requirements- I cannot remember his name but again, very professional and was conscientious when it came to not taking up too much of our time.
Install day today was done by Darren, Simon, Cam, Keith and Niall. All very polite and respectful of our property and furnishings. Very efficient, arrived on time.

No problems, very polite team and have completed a exelant job and we are very happy with the work. Thank you.

Just had 5 windows, 4 of which are very large replaced today by the brilliant team of Darren, Simon & Cameron.
Team on installation where quick, extremely efficient & tidied up well behind themselves, a couple of small bits of old windows were missed due to being hidden in the Fir tree patch. Offered help moving anything I had moved back, protected the furniture left in the rooms.
Was pleased with the price as it was better than others quoted 4 years ago for windows that were over 30 years old & needed replacing.
Any contact made so far has been answered & dealt with promptly.
Looking forward to seeing the difference the new windows make.

Big thank you to Darren, Simon and Cameron who work for EE Glazing. They fitted a new patio door this afternoon but there were a few surprises that they did not expect. They were polite and professional. When the job was complete they tidied up and left the place clean. I would highly recommend this company.

Pushy sales tactics with an added sob story or two by the salesman.
The classic “limited time offer” to get you to buy.
Price wasn’t even great and came away from the experience feeling like we’ve been had and feeling pretty stupid for falling for the sales tactics. Window salesmen are worse than car dealers.

I would’ve let this slide and not left a review, but the window was fitted about three years ago and they still contact myself and my wife to sell us more windows, despite saying that we were unhappy with the service and clearly saying “please delete my details from your system”. The same salesman would also come to the door every month or so with the classic “we’re doing work on your neighbours house”, seeming to forget how many times he’s knocked. We have since moved out of the county and clearly stated this also, yet they keep calling. They have called several times over the years and will not give up, even after being blocked they just call back on a withheld number.

We recently had Ed Taylor from EE Glazing come round and I just wanted to say how impressed we were.

From the moment he arrived, he was polite, easy to talk to and just a genuinely nice guy. He explained everything clearly without overcomplicating things, and was happy to answer all the questions we had (there were quite a few!).

What really stood out was that he didn’t rush us at all. He even took extra time on a Sunday afternoon to go back through everything with my wife so she felt just as comfortable and informed, which we really appreciated.

At no point did we feel pressured, he listened to what we wanted and just gave honest, helpful advice.

All in all, a really positive experience. Great customer service and a credit to the company.

Superb service throughout. Hassle-free initial meeting, survey and fitting. I have followed up on having windows changed by now replacing my conservatory roof with this company. Excellent prices too, particularly the roof as now an existing customer.

I originally posted quite a lengthy and detailed review that has since been deleted, so in the interest of transparency and the fact that I refuse to be silenced by a company who are happy to employ men that make you uncomfortable in your house because of pressure selling, here is a shorter version. I had a new door fitted by them in November 2024, I then had to call them out again last year around July/September I think as the door wasn't shutting properly and they had to make adjustments.
However, in January 2025 an appointment for a quote was pushed on me by the sales team as I'd mentioned getting a couple of windows done in the future. It was arranged for after work and when I arrived home he was there already after having rang my doorbell 3 times because he didn't believe I wasn't in. I was given a quote to which I thanked him, then he got visibly angry at the fact I wasn't taking him up on it there and then. What followed was a phone call to the office and another angry man who was shouting over the phone. The phone was then pushed towards me and the man sitting in my house then started demanding I repeat my excuse for not accepting the quote at that time. Pressure selling is a disgusting tactic, and I can see how people agree to things under these conditions because it is genuinely horrible to be made to feel like that in your own home.
