Then i go again in your shop but that time shop was already closed.
I walk around 12 km for my home.
It was very bad experience for me.i already pay you advance but you are not carefull for your customers.you must have to cheek properly ber delivery.
One of my friend also face the same problme befor. Now what can you do for my problem??

Stay away from eBike2Go. In my experience, they engage in unfair practices and fraud. My experience was very disappointing. Absolutely not recommended.

I have rented a bike for half a year now and every time it needs repair (4th time now) I need to wait a week and stay home for a day. They say they give an expected arrival time in the morning but it is always again between 9 and 17. No telephone number I can call. No reaction on my emails.

Your cycle is amazing but the salesperson behavior was not so good. So, I rate you with 1 star because the behaviour wasn't good with me.

My bike remained lying at home broken for a week. How many times did I book an appointment, but I did not get one? When I canceled my bike subscription, I found out. If you want to return the bike, you'll still have to pay for one month. If you want to take the bike, it's your choice. What kind of rule is this? The scan is complete. I would never recommend an e-bike to anyone.

You give me a bad charger. I can't charge my cycle battery. And also battery power is not long lasting. Charge has gone very fast. I need to change both. Today or tomorrow I will go that service shop and you will change it.
