I received a letter from one of my credit cards so I phoned Ebenegate to get some advice I spoke to Ruth who dealt with the matter impeccably and emailed the credit card company while I was on the phone and assured me that everything would be fine and that it would be sorted Ruth did an excellent job and would not hesitate to phone again

Im have some accidents five weeks ago and I’m missing payments I’m spoke with very nice lady with she resolved issue for me and set up plan for my im wish her all best also im wish to company to have more stuff like that lady.

What an absolute shambles. Staff can't read or write basic English. Scripted universal response emails that don't actually answer Questions. You the client are the insolvency practioner for your own IVA. Once they start getting their money off you.. they couldn't give a toss about you the client or your debtors. I had to do their job for them, my creditors had zero knowledge of an IVA in place and hadn't even been contacted by ebenegate.
Avoid ebenegate like the plague!!!
They are the government IVA Complaints gateways problem now... amounts to IVA fraud.

Brilliant put my mind at rest

If I could give 0 stars I would. Posted a review saying how bad this company customer service was. Got a reply asking to contact direct which I did and that was 2 weeks ago giving them till today to respond. Guess what no reply to my formal complaint
Will now be going to the ombudsman.

I wanted to take a moment to highly commend Sandhya Nowbuth for the exceptional customer service today. She ensured all my questions were answered and met with the upmost professionalism.
She is incredibly knowledgable,patient and attentive. What stood out the most was her warm and emapthetic approach. She listened,put me at ease and resolved everything quickly and efficiently. It is rare these days to encounter someone who is so dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.

I have spoken to Nancy Mangongera today regarding some of my queries regarding the modifications and she was very helpful and polite and has explained to me the things that I need to do with regards to the modifications being asked by the creditors.
