Today with Diren,at first the clarity and search on my debts went well but then I was asked for 3 months statement from all my bank accounts because they wanted to study my spending patterns and see I was earning. Only to start getting asked questions that answers were in the statement. After almost 2 hours of repetitive questioning,even though I mentioned earlier that I just needed my loans consolidated in one place where I can pay monthly. I was then referred to another platform as they could help in loan consolidation. My question to Diren was why then waste my time when I already told you from the beginning what I needed. You literally got all my information and then nothing.

Nilesh the gentleman I spoke with was very understanding about my situation he was not judge mental he listened with care and showed empathy he went through everything he needed to regarding my situation he made things clear at all times and he reassured me that all the stress I’ve been under lately will soon be a thing of the past we reached a figure that was manageable for me so very happy with the outcome I feel as if a heavy weight has been lifted off my shoulders and now I can concentrate on my mental health and wellbeing so once again a big thank you.

Very sincere & genuinely nice people who are really helping me...

Initially they were lovely ~(whatsapp), but it became very pushy about doing an IVA. One message just 'Please will you sign it'. When I decide to not go ahead the answers jus became 'Ok'. I didn't sign anything. When I enquired about another option it felt pushed towards IVA which I know will be because of the large fee. I am hoping that I do not hear from them again now that I have decided to now go ahead.

Ridhwaan was really helpful and helped me through all the options I had. Would highly recommend for anyone struggling.

I enquired with clarity about debt advice, initially they were lovely and helpful I considered an iva but decided i had changed my mind before the meeting went ahead, i felt like they were still trying to push me to go into one, i phoned on multiple occasions to have the phone put down on me or i was told i would be called back to which i wasn’t. I was also told on several occasions that my iva meeting would be cancelled yet i am still receiving notifications from companies saying they are being told i am entering an iva which is against my wishes and they do not have permission for the whole experience has been a nightmare i wouldn’t recommend them

Jack was amazing. I didn't have full ideas of all my debts, and he walked me through finding them all, discovered money I was entitled to claim, and helped sort out a manageable plan, that has lifted SUCH a weight off of my mind.

I delt with a guy called craig extremely helpful easy to talk to. I was nervous about the whole thing but craig was spot on.
