Thank you Yuvranee Conhye! I had to phone again today because Bristow and Sutor will not leave me alone, despite numerous warning from Ebenegate not to contact me! She was extremely helpful, put me at ease and stoped me from having a nervous breakdown yet again. She has been very kind and informative and has contacted Bristow and Sutor and reminded them not to contact me again. This company is relentless! Thanks to the team at ebenegate I can rest assured I am protected. Please thank Yuvranee Conhye from me! She’s a very pleasant person to have at the end of the phone when you’re stressed.

Dreadful company avoid
IVA1020645H Dreadful company avoid! I have spent 6 years paying off my IVA with the total debt being around 20k. I contacted them after my last payment and they confirmed that the IVA would now be closed and I'd receive a certificate of completion. 2 months later I've then received an email out of the blue saying that "as discussed" (no one has discussed anything with me) they have determined that actually the total debt is 23k. They have not explained where this extra debt has supposedly come from. It is impossible to have increased the debt as I have not taken out anymore credit and have made all of the required payments. They are now wanting to hold a meeting to terminate the IVA completely due to this supposed 'breach' which would mean that after 6 years they pocket the money I've been handing over, and I'm left with a 23k debt at the end of it. And before they respond to this saying to get in touch with them, I HAVE and they do not respond to emails.

Ebenegate inherited my file and have…
Ebenegate inherited my file and have been utterly incompetent. I have asked for their official complaints process as my IVA is due to finish next month and the mess that my handler has made of my file has left me worried that after 6 years of me following the agreement to the letter and providing every document ever requested of me, that there will be an issue closing the case.Of course they have also ignored my request to issue a complaint so I’m going to have to look at taking this further.
