This was bought for our Easiglide 30cm pan. The lid is very high quality and is a snug fit on the pan. Excellent!

issue with a relatively new pan!
I had an issue with a relatively new pan, I contacted customer service and from the start to the finish with my new pan arriving quickly as a replacement I couldn’t be happier. the service was excellent, great customer service skills and communication, the staff were great on email and efficient and now I have a shiny new pan, I would highly recommend them and their pans, great service. The packaging was eco but super robust so very pleased all round.

Excellent customer service
We purchased an Eaziglide frying pan about 7 or 8 years ago from John Lewis. It worked great but recently the handle came loose and part of the plastic that connected the handle to the pan broke off. I emailed a few photos and explanation to Eaziglide expecting that this wouldn’t be covered by the lifetime guarantee. I also didn’t have the original receipt.
To my pleasant surprise, I received an email back indicating that they would ship a replacement pan to me ASAP. They further explained that the replacement had a new handle design which will avoid this problem again in the future. We received the pan today at home and it’s great. I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service and how the company honored its guarantee.
Well done to Eaziglide. We will be buying from them again.

The pans are great. Very easy to clean and don't stick.
I have one I bought a few years ago that is still in great condition. That is why I bought this pan set and cleared out my old pans.

Eaziglide replaced our frying pan under its warranty without quibble, honouring their lifetime guarantee. This was agreed very quickly but the replacement pan was rather slow to arrive.

Quick and hassle free replacement of faulty pan
Having had a problem with the non-stick surface of our frying pan, Eaziglide were very quick to review our photos of the pan and to offer a replacement. Just a bit slow sending the replacement pan.

Inadequate packaging.
I have a number of Eaziglide products, which I love, so had no hesitation in ordering a deep casserole.
The parcel arrived on time but looked distinctly battered. On inspection I noted it was in an already used box, which was not big enough for the diameter of the casserole, which was inserted at an angle so that the lid had slipped partially off. Although protected top & bottom with packing, there was no protection at the sides to prevent the damage that had ultimately occurred.
There is no form of contact other than email with the inevitable slow response times.
I said I wanted to return the item for all a full refund and was then expected to arrange my own shipping at my expense.
I’m sorry to say that that’s the last time I buy direct from this company.

Replacement Steamer Set
The finish started to come off my Neverstick2 20cm 3 tier steamer set. I contacted Eaziglide and after sending a few photographs they are sending me a replacement.
