Following the analysis of samples - whether blood, urine, or stool - customers will receive a detailed certificate from a UKAS-accredited laboratory. This certificate can be further reviewed by a private GP or other medical professionals if deemed necessary.

unable to understand the results, had to forward to my doctor and pay an extra £30 to have the results read! also had to travel to manchester twice as they didn’t book the original appointment! completely unacceptable.

Your initial request for a Saturday appointment at our Manchester clinic was submitted just 30 minutes prior to your preferred time. As outlined in our booking system and confirmed in our email correspondence, all clinics outside our Crewe headquarters require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment approval. Unfortunately, this meant we were unable to confirm your Saturday request.
When you arrived at the clinic, our team did their best to explain the situation and clarify that your email was a booking request - not a confirmed appointment. We also reiterated this over chat and phone, and shared that availability was only possible for the following day.
Despite the short notice, we fully understood the urgency of your situation and went above and beyond to accommodate you with a Sunday appointment at our Manchester clinic. Your results were delivered within the expected timeframe, and we’re glad we could support you promptly.
We always strive to provide compassionate and responsive care, and we regret that this misunderstanding led to disappointment. If there’s anything further we can do to support you or clarify the process, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
