After discussion I decided to go ahead, there was no hard sell and reassured me that within a few weeks the mould etc shots be dried out,

Ross came out to survey our roof spaces, quote reasonable.
Knowledgeable and passionate about the company and product but most of all not pushy.

I was called by the company who set up a visit to assist in evaluating the status of the loft. Photographs were taken and showed the presence of mould on the timbers. A price was agreed and the work was scheduled within 7 days. Everything was completed and the outstanding amount due collected by phone. All in all the service was handled professionally and would recommend the company in future.

The entire team were professional throughout.
But I must especially thank the guys who cleared the loft and then refilled it after. A lot of heavy lifting done with a smile.

Business still looking after customers even after job completed as follow ups to ensure all is working. Instillation now booked and will review again once completed.

The surveyor, Paul, visited today. He was friendly and polite, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the necessity of good loft insulation. He showed me the pictures he had taken of my loft and advised the different ways it could be fixed. We agreed on the way forward that I opted for and the installation will be done in two days time.

The company's surveyor inspected and photographed my loft on a Tuesday afternoon and showed significant dampness had damaged the timber supports in my loft. I believed that preventative work was urgently needed and the company carried out the roof insulation work by the following Friday afternoon. It was very helpful that two of their staff removed many boxes which had been stored in the loft for nearly six years. I could not have done that because I am disabled. Now I can sort those things out, because, at my request, they left those boxes in one of my bedrooms. Altogether, the speed, efficiency and friendliness of all the staff involved in the work was second to none.

From the time the measure and estimate were done until the insulation was installed everything was done efficiently and professionally. It only took 3 days from getting the estimate to the work being completed. The team who carried out the work arrived a whole five minutes early and finished much quicker than expected. It was installed with no fuss, noise or mess. We started to feel the difference almost immediately and are looking forward to a toasty winter. Many thanks to all involved.

From first contact the staff were courteous, professional and not pushy! The initial assessment of our loft was clearly explained, and we were advised that if we went ahead, they would empty the loft for us and refill on completion. On the day we had emptied most of the loft already but there were some items they needed to move. The whole process was just great, and the fitters worked nonstop and removed all excess materials. Overall just great.

The team did an excellent job insulating my loft with superfoil. They were fast, efficient and friendly and have done a very professional job. For anyone requiring thias type of insulation I would happily recommend Easy Sprayaway to carry it out. The real test of this insulation will be in winter. If it manages to eliminate the problems with damp that I have experienced in the loft as well as reducing my energy bills I will be very happy. I will post a further comment one I see how it performs in cold wet weather.
