Paul, you’re my new favourite person. What an amazing approach you had when dealing with me and my questions! You really did go above and beyond; explained everything thoroughly, demonstrated the moisture levels in my loft, advised on pre-install, install and follow-up processes. You’re a true gentleman and reassured me that this product is the right one for me. Good chat too!
Two guys came to empty my loft three days later, putting everything into my garage as requested (forcing the long overdue clear out). They cleared up after themselves despite me saying I would do it. The lovely family group then arrived on Saturday morning as this suited me best. Again they worked with speed and efficiency leaving no mess. I really appreciate you working aroid my commitments. Like others have said my loft is like a shiny spaceship.

Calum visited and explained all about the insulation. We agreed to have it done. The next day 3 men arrived to empty the attic.it took them only 30mins!! They were very friendly, professional and humorous.
3hours later another team of mother,father and son arrived to install the insulation. It was all over and done with very quickly. We were shown a video of the work and it looks like a spaceship. We have definitely noticed a difference in the heat in the house.
Thank you very much to the whole team, you were all wonderful.
I have already recommended you to a few people and will continue to do so.

From first meeting with Paul who went into everything about our loft answered all questions honestly explained how the work would be done.
Having a loft full of unwanted stuff over the years was happy to hear that they would remove all bring down from loft.
The two boys ALEX,GARRY,were pleasant and helpful
Insulation was then done good and quick.
The two boys then put the thing that we decided to keep back in loft.

We had a lovely visit from Ross who explained how the insulation works and did a thorough survey and with his manager gave us a good price and quick installation date

Had a great experience today with the surveyor, Robbie, who thoroughly explained the process and answered all my questions (we had plenty!)
We were very unsure of the best route to go down with re-insulating our property, but after robbie explained the benefits of each different type, we opted for superquilt. Cant wait to feel the difference in our home!

Paul came out to over tha product and check the moisture in the loft. Explained how it works and the benefits. Moisture levels were high and this was in the wood too which would clearly cause more problems in time.
The two boys that moved everything in my loft were respectful and helpful with moving things out of the loft that I could dispose of.
The three that fitted the product, again polite curtious and pleasant. Documents arrived by email with 10 year warranty etc. Its also winging its way by post.

Nearly one month on from a visit to my property I still await a detailed costing and paperwork for loft insulation that was recommended by their employee. The visit was at the request of the Company after making a cold phone call and was promoted as a free survey with no sales involved. That wasnt what was delivered with a system costing some £12,000 put forward as most definitely required with severe damp issues observed although the reasons and practicality of this system were hard to believe. Strange insistence on the need for both householders to be present at Survey which suggests wrong need and motives. The sales process then fell apart with a follow up call requesting another inspection which was unnecessary and then I made a call looking for the detailed best quote I had requested and is still awaited to this day. The silence thereafter strongly suggests this was an over specification and a very expensive spend without justification. Waste of everybodys time.

We had a visit from Dayo the sales representative to assess our needs. He was extremely professional, polite and courteous and certainly knew his product. He thoroughly surveyed our loft space and explained how the product would be fitted and how it would work. There was absolutely no unpleasant hard sales pitch, no complicated brochures, technical baffling discourse, just very straightforward efficient service. We decided to have the insulation installed which happened within a few days, carried out quickly and easily. No fuss no mess. We now have a much cosier, breathable loft space and look forward to seeing our heating bills reduce. Thank you

Grant was the surveyor who came to see me - it was a slightly longer appointment than id expected but he was very pleasant and well mannered and explained everything coherently as to why he was suggesting superquilt was my best option. I did not feel pressured into agreeing to going ahead. The unexpected incusion of a pre/post fitting service to empty and refil my loft space sold the deal for me.

All staff were very pleasant and helpful through the full process. My loft is definitely warmer just intime for this cold spell to test it out.

After our first visit from Mark the surveyor we had a discussion on the best insulation for the loft. There was no pressure just very good advice as which would be best.
We went for superquilt lite. Mark and the company kept us well informed before and after the installation was done. The two men that came and did the job were great.

would recommend this company, from the intial call offering services to Angus coming to have a look and the men who came to install the lof insulation it took one week and everyone was amazing and made the process so easy, thank you looking forward to a nice toasty house this winter

Paul explained the advantages of the system which should solve current problem and make the house warmer so less heating is required. He took his time to answer all my questions when he visited on 1st October.

Adedayo visited & checked our loft for moisture. He was very knowledgable & explained everything simply so we could understand about the products available. He was very polite & not pushy at all. He is a credit to their company.
Within a week the job was completed. They arrived on time & were very tidy.

I had Ross visit me today and I was really impressed with everything he said and the knowledge he has and how he promoted the company as a family based company. No ‘salesman’ talk and no pressure. Looking forward to a cosier winter. A lovely guy.

Calum explained everything and identified right away there was a dampness problem in my roof timbers. Glad to say that on his return visit to check up moisture levels there had been a significant reduction over the last few months since installation. The product installed was SuperQuilt and a side effect which I was not expecting is a significant difference in room temperatures... living room seems to hold temperature for much longer which means smaller heating bills for me as the boiler is firing up less. Result!!
