Hi Ross arrived on time at 11.30 am He was very welcoming He introduced himself told us about himself and company And what he was going away to do in the loft This was well explained After his survey he came back and showed us videos of what he had found and explained what happens next ie if we didn’t take action and if we did take action Why do companies not just give you the right price of quote instead of it costs this then say a different price and then we can get you another different price !!!!3 hours of our time !!!

They efficiently emptied the loft and then quietly and smoothly got to work they were quickly finished putting up the insulation sheet and put the stuff back up and they also vacuumed the floor beneath the hatch all in all the best job done professionally that I’ve seen in a long time

They went into the loft space and I never saw them again until the job was completed. I was shown a video of the work done. Also, there was no mess. My flat was as clean and tidy as it was when they arrived. A good job, well done.
