Got a call out the blue regarding loft insulation. Couldn’t have come at a better time as I was thinking about it anyway. The same afternoon a young man named Jamie visited to check the state of my loft. Jamie was very professional and surveyed the loft space and presented me with advice and a quote. I agreed for the work to be carried out and it’s arranged for Friday. Very professional and courteous service from Jamie.

A lovely young man named James came to do our survey. He was very chatty and professional and explained everything he would do before doing it. He made me feel very well informed.
When he came back down from the loft he gave his recommendation and explained why he came to that conclusion which I totally agree with. Unfortunately I cannot afford the services he recommended, but he never made me feel pressured and actually tried to help me out with the cost off his own back which was very kind of him.
I will definitely come back to this company when I have the money do get the easy quilt installed.

Very easy process. James came to measure and explain exactly what the process entailed. He was very polite and friendly.
Insulation was carried out quickly and efficiently and looks to be a good, professional job. Attic was cleared out by the company. I believe they will also do a follow up visit in a few months’ time.
I was given several days to allow me to do a good clear out. There was no pressure to have the job done quickly and no pressure to pay before I was ready for a lot less stuff to go back in the attic, whereupon another nice young lad came along to do just that in a very efficient manner.
I would deal happily with this company again and would recommend them.

Had Richard Walker out to give me some great advice and explanation of the Company and what they offer, and later a quotation of cost of whole job from start to finish.
I require Spray foam Roof insulation removal and replaced with other form of insulation which complies with regulations.
Quotation was very reasonable and I have accepted it and going ahead with job in 2/3 weeks time.

Jamie came out to survey and quote for the job. He was very knowledgeable and keen to advise and inform.

Jamie gave excellent advice and took the time to explain the details. The product looked first class. The combination of energy savings and avoiding dealing with glass wool is ideal as this is a full renovation for us.

To be honest I'd never heard of this company before but when James came in and explained everything about them I was more informed.
James explained everything that was going to happen, then went into the loft to examine what was up there.
He showed me photos and a video of my loft and could see there was alot of work to be done and so have booked the company for lift insulation.
James was a very nice young lad who explained everything very well and I'm sure he'll go far in this career.

We have just had our loft insulation done by something easy and boy was it. Ross came to do the survey. He was polite and very professional, he explained the whole process to us telling us all the relevant information. Showed us videos of his findings. Which to be honest I really liked the fact that not only did he say that there was an issue but was able to show us a video.
No our loft was full of junk and it was in a mess, the guys came and emptied the loft never complained they were very professional and hard working. Nothing seemed to be a bother for them, then the installation team arrived and did an excellent job. Hats off to them working in a stuffy loft in this heatwave.
Throughout the whole process we have no complaints as everything was done quickly and to a very high standard. We would like to recommend Something Easy to everyone you will not find a more caring and respectful group of people.

We had a free survey today(24/06/2026) and Ross was exceptionally well informed about the importance of explaining what the process from start to finish was. He also knew how to explain all the questions the kids had asked him about his job and his personal life. The kids give Ross 10/10 and were disappointed when he was leaving. Such a friendly, knowledgeable guy he wasn’t a pushy salesman and he took lots of videos and photos to show us what he was talking about. Looking forward to getting the job completed next week. I would definitely recommend this company.
