I've used Easy-Frame.co.uk before, but my recent purchase has been disappointing. It took nearly three weeks to arrive and the quality is disappointing; the frame feels very flimsy and is not as nice compared to their competitors of the same name. Annoyingly they don't give you a choice of colour for the mount, they just send a standard cheap white one. Expected better for the price, I'll not be using them again.

Avoid! Terrible quality and even worse service.
The frame is cheap and badly finished. No response to over a month of emailing, calling, online chats and Facebook.

I have to say I inadvertently ordered through this company thinking I had ordered from my usual company Easyframe (without the hyphen). When I realised, and read some of the negative reviews on this site, I was a bit worried.
However, the frames I received are sturdy and look good. The packaging was excellent too. The 3 frames took a bit longer to arrive than I hoped, but when they did, I was very pleased with them. Also, Hannah answered my query about delivery time the same day.

Avoid- make sure you are not using easy-frame (with the hyphen) instead of easyframe (without the hyphen). Delivery times misleading and customer service terrible.

Be very wary of the descriptions on the website. They don't show side profiles so some more ornately painted frames have flat colour sides in a different colour.

Customer service rubbish - they hardly engaged me when I pointed that the above is deceptive. Apparently from a description of "silver paint scoop" one is meant to figure out that the "paint" refers to a flat painted side. SMFH.

Frames quality about right vs price (ie cheap).

Ok so after receiving broken frames and being asked to take my review down if they replaced them. We waited a while and got the replacements. We put together all our frames and then realised one of our mounts did not work colour-wise. So I asked if I could replace one (and pay) which they said yes to. I took down the bad review. Then once I had chosen the mount colour as I keep getting sent vouchers, I mailed the colours and vouchers. I followed up 3 times (waiting in-between for a response) and they have ghosted me!!!
Do not shop here. We now have to go to a framers and get them to sort this out. Sorry but bad review back up. do

I thought I was using EasyFrame not Easy-Frame
They sent me a frame that was 5 x the size of what I ordered and then hardly engaged with me
Just quoted their terms and conditions, wouldn't work with me to rectify the problem. No customer services. Once it's out the building they don't care. I haven't even opened it to see what the frame is like

I will never buy from this company again.
Absolutely terrible customer service and the product that’s been delivered is cheap and not worth what I paid. Avoid like the plague.

I agree with some of the low reviews here, frames are made from cheap material and whats worse is they cant even cut the glazing to size, it kept sliding out. Customer service was appalling from Hannah. Use another frames online seller instead.

Don’t buy from this company ! They say they got 25 percent off for next 24 hours even though when you go on the website the next day or even a week after the offer is still going . When my frame turned up it was more like a £10 pound frame than a £50 frame ! What a bunch of scam artists!

Our first order with Easy-frame and couldn't be more pleased. We ordered three made to measure frames which arrived exact to the millimetre. Items arrived excellently packed and good quality wooden frames. Will certainly be using in the future. 👍

Frame has arrived chipped, scratched and warped. Poor response from the company, could of bought a frame of equal of higher quality from IKEA.

Custom frame order for a large art print. Website was easy to navigate and I received the frame pretty quickly given COVID and Christmas. Overall though I have to say I’m disappointed with the quality; the mount fits exactly the dimensions I gave for the print meaning there is no overlap between the print and the mount making mounting it a really difficult task, the frame itself feels flimsy and the top bowed up when I picked it up allowing the Perspex front to pop out slightly, the backing board is smaller than the frame by 5+mm leaving a gap at the back.
All in all it does the job and looks good but I expected better quality after spending £130+ on a frame.

The website was easy to navigate, reasonably priced products and I was very happy with my customized frame; would definitely order from them again.

Did not process order prior to Christmas despite advice on their website, at time of order, claiming they would!

I've ordered many times from this company before but on this occasion I was sent mounts the wrong size, I asked for a refund as I'd already ordered replacements elsewhere but they refused and said I wasn't entitled as my order was customised. They sent me the wrong size so by law i was entitled to a full refund. Awful customer service, I'll claim my refund through PayPal.

I ordered an A3 frame but received an A4 frame. This was because I request an A3 frame with a mount that would normally fit an A4 sized photo.

Easyframe refused to refund the much smaller frame, despite the fact that I did not make any custom requests (the mount was a generic size they offered, so was the frame).

The email exchange was particularly rude and unfriendly.

The cost of the A4 frame, in the end, was far higher than you would find anywhere else.

I was disappointed with the quality, and ended up buying another frame instead for my fine art piece. The frame looks cheap, and I paid 55 pounds for the custom frame.

My frame is excellent and of very high quality.. I must also say that the customer service I received from Hannah was excellent. Will certainly order from Easy-Frame again.
