I ordered trainers which took weeks to arrive. They were too small so I asked for a refund which they were unable to do. The options were an £8 refund or pay £5 for another pair in a larger size and pick any colour. I stupidly went for the latter option, and even though I chose a bigger size and different colour they sent me the exact same trainers again! I now have 2 pairs the same that don't fit. They look cheap and poorly made too.

I bought shoes from this company, not realising they came from China. I ordered a size 5.5 but they are too small and more like a size smaller than that. Took ages to arrive and if you want a refund you have to return to China at your cost. After numerous emails I got a partial refund .Not well made either, they look cheap.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !
Refused to cancel my order when they told me the shoes would be shipped late!
Then refused a refund, told me I had to return to China of which they offered me £8!
They craftily have a uk email , and a uk address but you can’t leave a message. Shoes were not fit for purpose . Terribly made ! And not true to size !
Please just don’t !

See the reviews of easelane.co.uk. This is the same company with the same products. As with many other buyers, I have ordered some shoes and they eventually arrive from China. The shoes are too small, and a lot smaller than expected. When requesting a refund we have been offered 1/3 of the original price or we have to ship back to China. They have a registered UK address but say they will not accept returns there.

I am genuinely loathed to even give 1 star!
