Doc managed to clear out my left year - can hear again!

I had had problems with a blocked ear for the last 3 weeks. I had a holiday flight so the closer it got the more concerned i became about my ear. After 3 unsuccessful microsuction sessions with another company i made an appointment to see Mr Kazir. He was very reassuring and confident that he could help and he instantly made me feel much better, following the previous attempts. He used water to clear my ear and his camera, reassurance, and professionalism were far superior to the other company. I would definitely use this company again and i think it is especially good for anyone who may feel a bit nervous. I can bow happily get on my flight and have a much more pleasurable holiday with my hearing working fully again.

Wow! All I can say is what a great experience. After suffering with my ear for 2 weeks. I booked a same day appointment with the ever so friendly Jenny. Appointment was in and out within 20 minutes and completely healed. Dr explained everything and showed all the camera footage! Healed in minutes! Thanks so much!

My 9 year old has been having trouble with his ears for over a year & being given antibiotics from the doctors, booked an appointment at the stourbridge branch, lovely consultant explained the procedure to my son, quick & painless, my son loved watching the video of his wax removal, this has now resolved the problem so no more unnecessary antibiotics for him

Jenny greeted us at reception, she was a lovely and courteous young lady.
Mr Khizar was a very polite and courteous young gentleman, he made us feel very welcome.
He explained the procedure of how the eardrum sheds it's layer of skin every few months etc... it is something that I never even knew.
My mum has Alzheimers and the suction procedure he used didn't hurt her at all.
Thank you Mr. Khizar we will book again for 12mths time as you advised.
We went to the Stourbridge practice.

I wasn't able to get an appointment with my elderly Mum's GP who badly needed her ears syringed. I managed to get an appointment very quickly at the Woolaston clinic. The gentleman who saw Mum (on time), was very understanding of her dementia, explained everything that he was going to do and quickly did the treatment. Her hearing was immediately greatly improved. It was a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and will return as required
