Dr Zaman was great. I had microsuctioning completed in both ears and the doctor saved me a second visit by letting me sit in the waiting room while the oil settled in my ear.

As a background, I had a buildup of earwax, which had been left untreated for years as I hated the water syringe method. If I used olive oil over several days before syringing, as per GP advice, my hearing would be reduced and I would be very uncomfortable.

When I called this establishment they told me that olive oil wasn't necessary and I could use it once the evening before.

Great service on the day, microsuctioning was straightforward and not painful. I needed some olive oil in one ear as it was quite stubborn. Doctor said I may need to do olive oil treatment for 5 days, but he said he could try again if I waited in the waiting room. The doctor perservered and it all came out, which was great and it saved me 2 taxi fares.

I will be having a follow up in several months and am happy to use the same place again.

Ear wax specialist are very good at what they do ! They are responsible, respectful, skilled and have a lot of experience. I would go again, when the wax builds up again. I am not afraid anymore !

The service was prompt, warm and welcoming. The procedure was clearly explained and put me at ease.

Only having hearing in one ear means that when that becomes blocked i am then very deaf. Being unable to get an appointment at my doctors a friend of mind recommended Ear Wax Specialist. I got an appointment within days, they are very professional and well organised. I saw Mr Khizar at Stourbridge who explained the Microsuction process very well totally reassured me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Brilliant service. Every effort was made to accommodate me for an appointment despite my own restrictive calendar. The clincian was reassuring and friendly as she carried out the process with care. Could not ask for more. Would recommend.

Had a wonderful experience at ear wax treatment.The work on my blocked ear was carried out by Adam.We had a pleasant conversation and he talked me through everything. Absolutely 1st class experience..

Very odd phone answering service which created an immediate bad impression. However the callback was friendly and efficient so I made a booking.
Really nice guy did the "stuff" (sorry didn't get your name). Excellent explanations all then way through and really professional.

Fabulous service right from the start. Lovely secretary got my daughter an appointment extremely fast. Mr Karim was such a kind and caring man who made my young daughter who has Anxiety feel relaxed and at ease. The procedure was so fast and she did not feel a thing. Mr Karim videoed the procedure and explained to my daughter was was going to happen, and what had happened. Such a lovely man, would recommend him 100%. Thank you so much. Very Happy with the whole experience.

I was completely at the end of my tether with a badly blocked and extremely painful ear that wouldn’t clear using over the counter remedies. I was able to book a same day appointment here and travelled up from Oxford for it (there was nowhere nearby able to give me an appointment on short notice). It was completely worth it. Despite having a very challenging block that wouldn’t initially budge they did everything they could and eventually cleared the offending blockages. They were courteous and professional and helpful and offered good advice about aftercare. Highly recommend this clinic.

Highly recommend! Got a same day appointment with Mr Khizar at Sutton Coldfield/Streetly & visited with a fully blocked left ear, left no more than 15 minutes later with both ears fully cleared! Cannot fault the service & will never go elsewhere again!
