He has a lovely manner and makes you feel very calm and relaxed as well as talking you through everything that’s happening. He always has time to answer your questions or concerns too. My second visit to Mr Karim at Earwax Specialists. This time at their superb new premises at 310 Haunch Lane B13 0QS. It was all very efficient & prompt, from getting an appointment within just a few days when I rang & spoke to the very pleasant receptionist, through to my actual treatment. Mr Karim has a calm & very pleasant manner & will explain details of the treatment fully before proceeding. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Very efficient from making a phone
Very efficient from making a phone, getting callback within five minutes and getting an appointment for next day within a few minutes. The audiologist was very pleasant and explained everything and after the procedure showed me the video and explained what had been done and what I can do to keep the ears healthy, very pleased.

I have been going to the kings Heath branch for a few years now and have always had great professional service to unblock one of my ears. Karim always does a great job and I would never go anywhere else. Desk staff/receptionist is also delightfully courteous without being overwhelming. My daughter had years of build up and was complaining of pain and blocked ears. Once she had turned five I booked her appointment as the NHS waiting list was too long, we saw Raf and he was so lovely and kept us both at ease. She was so good and he was great with her. After a visit to the Kings Heath clinic, these guys get a big thumbs up from me. From beginning to end the process was smooth. Reminders are sent, communication is great. The staff are polite, informative and reassuring. I wasn't expecting to enjoy having my ear cleaned out, but here we are! I would thoroughly recommend this clinic.
