I ordered a DF64 grinder. There was a problem with the dial being too stiff which was sorted out by James. The replacement is much better. Delivery was very good too. Recommended.

Contacted the team to ask a few questions prior to ordering, responded almost immediately at 9pm! Next day delivery, good price, well packaged. I know they'll be there if I need help..... if only they roasted coffee too!!

Although it does work, the rubber cup holder for the DF 64 is crude and is awkward to use. Yes, it’s cheap but it certainly didn’t improve the coffee making experience.

Great grinder, slight problem with missing part but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently excellent customer service. Will definitely buy from this company again.

Two orders in two weeks, and Earl Coffee has been faultless both times.
First up was a Timemore B75 brewer — competitively priced, bundled with 50 filters, and delivered quickly with a very reasonable delivery charge. Smooth from start to finish.
This morning I ordered the Timemore Pro X kettle. I emailed about their price match at 7:42am, had a confirmed match by 9:07am, and a dispatch notification by 11:07am. No haggling, no hassle — just great service. That's under three and a half hours from first email to item on its way.
Brilliant pricing, brilliant service. Earl Coffee will be my go-to for coffee equipment from now on — highly recommended!

Bought a DF64 coffee grinder, little dubious at first as I hadn’t heard of the company, the grinder was cheaper than anywhere else too, but decided to buy. I have not used the grinder yet, but the order process was seamless, free delivery too which you can track. Arrived in a couple of days very well packed. Very impressed will order from them again.

I recently purchased a new grinder from Earl Coffee. They had a great selection at reasonable prices and were quick to respond to some questions I had before purchase. There was a minor issue (which was no fault of their own, just a cosmetic defect from the manufacturer) but Earl Coffee immediately sent out a replacement part, free of charge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for a new espresso machine, grinder or coffee making accessories - I'll definitely go back to them in future.

Franky Earl Coffee was the only retailer that stocked the digital coffee scales I was looking for. So they get stars for just having good products in stock! So it's difficult to compare against others on any other metric. The purchase and service was seamless.

I needed a replacement part for my DF54 grinder and wasn’t sure what to expect, but James went above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and sorted me out with the part free of charge, which I genuinely didn’t expect.

On top of that, the delivery was fast and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this personal and genuinely helpful.

Great experience and I love my new machine (Sage Bambino Plus). Earl Coffee had the best price and offered next day delivery. Only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is that use Royal Mail for delivery. IMHO - the least reliable delivery service available and sure enough next day become 5 days later. Not Earl Coffee's fault - although I'd encourage them to use someone else for their next day deliveries.
