Een bedrijf wat totaal zijn afspraken NIET na komt. Al 5 maanden met een klacht bezig en wordt totaal niet opgelost. Echt zo onbeschoft behandeld.
Zelfs klantenservice medewerkers lopen weg.
Als jullie ballen hebben wordt het nu eens opgelost.

I ordered the wrong color and realised it just a second after I clicked the ‘Pay’ button, but it turned out that it’s impossible to change to another color! In our modern world, it’s hard to imagine that this would be possible, but now I need to send the purchased device to Dyson, which means it’s just waste of time for both sides.

disappointing experience with Customer Service staff hard to talk about a product review which Dyson did not sent out and simply lost for over 3 weeks. now that i am trying to find it , Dyson has audacity to blame Australia Post for not scanning the delivery.
fantastic service (NOT) for a company like Dyson.

I bought a new vacuum from Dyson on EBay & had bad experiences now thinking of trading it in to get something I can use.

I have just had the most fabulous experience at the Taren point service center. Young guy there (Sorry, I didn’t catch his name) Was absolutely superb took my machine fixed it with ease and quickness and I was charged $20 only In this day and age, that’s absolutely incredible and he did it with a smile and gave me a Tim tam Biscuit. I’m going to try and break the machine so that I can come and do it all over again ha Well, done, Dyson

Duson is a joke pay 900 for a top end vacum that is a piece of scrap had problem with charger after 2 years then paid 150 for new one now 4 weeks after that the thing doesn't work expect to have it 4longer than2 years and customerservice is a joke

In brief , I purchased Airstraight from USA in July2023 since that I have communicated with the service centre so many times and have been advised to register it and when Airstraight will be launched I return it to the service center in Camberwell and pay $200 to exchanged with a compatible Australian Airstraight. Last week Airstraight has been launched and I followed the instruction but the shocking news was an email saying that it is not available and the option is carol straightener which of course less in price and not the same as Airtstraight. I called the case manager Christian which insist that this is the same as Airstraoght an the only option and when I argued explaining that there is big differences in price and function and in Dyson service and newsletter both mentioned that the machine is available in Australia. He finally agreed to send me Aurstraight and said that the email and what he said were an error and he will posted to me. I asked to be express mail as I m going to travel to Sydney soon he agreed . Unfortunately, it was not the case he sen it by ordinary mail to be received within 7-10 days. Thank you Chris for you misleading not once but twice and thank you Dyson

Vertical fan TP04 stopped working early June so contacted "service" staff who promised to mail a box so that I could take to local post office for collection.Week later,no box,so transported unit to demonstration shop at supa centre,Moore Park.Staff looked at unit, diagnosed problem as needing printed circuit board,offered to replace it. Collected it next day paid $67 for repair,took home found that remote still did not operate. Spent a few weeks trying to get service people to fix the problem and all they offered was to send a box so I could take to post office for collection and have it repaired at a cost of $199.During the many phone calls I was told a variety of stories and made a range of promises sometimes from staff, some of who did not know that the Moore Park shop existed and did not believe me that I had paid to have a repair done there.Will now take unit back there and try to get it fixed.
My learning ? Never buy Dyson again.Ever.

If I could give 0 Stars I would! I will not ever be buying from Dyson again after the horrible customer service I received today from an Australian representative customer care, who claims she is the manager of the team and the whole complaint department too. She did not go above and beyond to help a customer with a faulty product. Don’t waste your time, there are plenty of other brands with better products and customer support.

You promise a max 5 business day delivery.
I ordered on 1st you took money from my account on 1,st.
Today I call you and am reassured that my new battery will be here by Friday at latest.
Then I received email. It's on the way.
THEN next email tells me it will be here by Thursday 13th!!!
That's 13DAYS AFTER YOUR PROMISE OF 5 DAYS MAX.

I ordered a Dyson Big Ball vacuum as advertised on-line, but when it had been assembled, it was impossible to push on carpet, even though it was advertised as having a dual mode floor tool. This attachment did not work and after many phone calls to Dyson, photos and web searches, I was eventually told this attachment was no longer available or compatible for my model. In other words the vacuum arrived with the wrong attachment in the box.
A case of misleading advertising.
A return for refund has been arranged.
I find the many models and names and attachments for Dyson vacuums very confusing and technical.
eg is the gold motor more powerful than the red.
I am now looking at different makes.

Bought a Dyson vacuum and battery failed within 8 months. Dyson say they have no stock of new batteries and can expect a wait of 6 weeks or more for another battery. In the mean time, we have no vacuum and Dyson doesn’t seem to care. Lucky we still have a broom. Maybe should have bought a different brand

I visited the Brisbane service centre today with my stick vac....coming up from the Gold Coast I truly expected to have the vac posted back to me...there were several issues to rectify...to my absolute delight the machine was fixed on the spot and only just out of warranty there was no charge! The staff were friendly and incredibly efficient...can't recall having this level of service, on the spot and no charge!!!! Believe this to be a rare occurrence in the world today....thank you MP

The parts for my Dyson vacuum that is under warranty doesn’t have the damaged parts available so can’t be used. I raised a complaint and was assured someone would be in contact and still haven’t heard anything.

So the response given by the so called Dyson customer care is about on par with my experience so far, what a joke. Dyson used to be very customer orientated however since shipping support overseas they are the worst of a bad bunch, this is spoiling a great brands reputation.

My issues are something that is actually breaching consumer law and my rights as a consumer, I have purchased a product with a warranty which is still in date but I cannot receive replacement parts deeming the unit unusable, furthermore I have opened a complaint (ref 36968001) which has not even been acknowledged or acted upon, I am currently seeking legal advice.

Still no response and still no spare parts available. I have a vacuum that is under warranty but Dyson cannot supply spare parts, is this actually legally possible. I have an open complaint (ref36968001) and haven't even received a phone call or email from Dyson regarding this. I have always had Dyson products but never again, customer service is absolutely shocking since being moved oversees, such a shame for a company which was at the top of its game.

1. I used to be a loyal Dyson fan but no more!
2. I ordered an air purifier and was given a customer order no. advising that an acknowledgement email would be sent. More that 9 days later I still have not received anything.
3. I placed the order on a Saturday, rang their 1800 no. on the following Monday (which by the way is the ONLY contact no. for Dyson service that I could find). I was told that I'd be sent an email so I could track the delivery (still waiting for that - 9 days later!)
4. Rang the 1800 no. again and was told that my order had been declined but couldn't tell me why and they could place a new order for me.
5. Asked the operator where they were based and the answer was 'overseas'.
6. Why doesn't Dyson have an Australian based customer service centre?

After this stressful, frustrating and time wasting exercise I will not be buying a Dyson air purifier and will definitely not be recommending any online ordering of their products!!

We bought a Dyson V8 Cordless a few days ago and so far we are amazed and thrilled. The amount of dust and dirt that came up from just one of our carpets was huge. It is hands-down the best result we have had from a vacuum cleaner.

Terrible customer service. Bought a dyson hot/cold formaldehyde air purifier. It broke within a few weeks. I had to trek around Sydney to drop it off, it look them over 4 weeks to send a replacement and the replacement is a cheaper model without the formaldehyde.
Worst customer service ever- don’t trust them at all- I also have the Phillips air purifier which is a fraction of the price and much better.

I purchased a dyson v12 vacuum and 8 months later the head broke. I contacted them and they were more then willing to replace it with a new one. Amazing customer service 👏

Advertised and item in black friday sales that they knowingly had no stock of. Refused to honor it even after offering to pay for it today and wait for it. Refused to escalate to management online. Called, customer agent was friendly, went to get a supervisor and supervisor refused to get on phone and said to lodge a complaint with the ACCC. that is exactly what I have now done.

If I could give zero I would. Rang the number to book a service for two vacuum cleaners that don’t work. One which hasn’t worked since the day we purchase it. Can’t book repairs online except in Sydney at castle hill or Moore park. So had to ring to book a service. After having to be on hold and listen to all the marketing blurb I finally spoke to a person who had no idea what was going on. She told me to book online. Explained that wasn’t possible as can only book repairs online for Sydney and castle hill. She then proceeded to tell me I was wrong. She went away and then came back. No apology, no acknowledgment she had got it wrong. I had advised her a couple of times I wanted an appointment as we both work and want to avoid having to wait. Then after spending 10mins on the phone she tells me I just have to walk in. they can’t make appointments. You can only walk in. Staff don’t know what the website says and then waste peoples time no reason. Having many Dyson products for many years I shan’t be purchasing more. What a joke.
