We are a registered charity that supports vulnerable adults in Hereford, and as a non-profit organization, finances can often be limited. Dave reached out to our charity and kindly offered to repair our guttering free of charge. The guttering had been detached and leaking for several months, so we were very pleased when Dave offered to resolve the issue. We had never met Dave before today, yet he has already made a significant impact on the charity. We are thankful to have met someone so generous and thoughtful. This turned out to be a job in 2 stages. DW Roofing were initially called out to fix a leak in the roof at the front of the house, which required a new roof done.
It also revealed a problem at the back of the house which needed new felt and battens as well as a complete set of composite slates.
Both operations were carried out quickly and efficiently, with excellent communication: all available options were considered, with appropriate possible budgets outlined at every stage of the process . All the old roof materials and rubbish was cleared up promptly and thoroughly.
We would recommend DW Roofing to anyone undertaking similar projects.

Had DW out to fix an old Tiled roof following ingress of water to our utility room. Had hoped it was an easy fix but as we found when the old tiles came off the original felt and some of weather boarding etc had completely rotted away. So although the job ended up being much bigger and more expensive than expected/ hoped the DW team were fantastic kept us fully in the picture on work and showed us everything that was needed before work was done. The team worked really hard and on one day worked through to 6pm (even though was dark from 4.30ish head torches are a wonderful tool) to get it finished for us in time for Christmas. Strongly recommended business.

We contacted DW Roofing when we had water getting into our loft. The response was quick, as was a site visit and estimate. Dave offered advice, but at no point was he pushy with this. Even better was that DW Roofing managed to get to us before they had estimated they might do, given that we had water getting in. The quality of the work is first rate, and all of the guys were very professional and polite. Having had heavy rain and high winds since the repair, we’re so pleased to say that the leak has been cured. I have no hesitation in commending all of the guys at D W Roofing to you.

Once contacted Dave promptly arrived to quote for a repair. Within a few days scaffolding had been erected and work commenced. The roof was re-felted and tiles refitted in 3 days, the job being completed within a fortnight of the quote. His team of 4 men worked hard and with minimal breaks. All work appears to have been satisfactorily completed and everything done in an entirely professional manner. It needs to stand the test of time but I'm confident that it will.

We arranged for new fascias and guttering and having seen the state of our roof under the tiles ended up having a total roof repair. Now we have a great looking roof and total peace of mind that it will last another 25 years or more. The team were professional and got the job done in just 3 days. Cracking service.

Based on excellent Google reviews, we submitted an online enquiry (on a Saturday) and within 3hr DW had phoned and visited us to assess our requirements - fast response! Dave is clearly very passionate about his business and reputation, so - like we experienced - potential customers should be guaranteed a high standard of service.

The complete felt/batten replacement and fitting of a dry ridge system on our detached house was carried out (the following week) quickly and efficiently, and all waste removed for recycling/disposal (all within a couple of days). The members of the two fitting teams were polite, friendly, and worked hard. Dave - also a friendly chap, BTW - was in constant contact throughout the job, on site, and was readily available to answer questions and advise. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was carried out properly and efficiently, and that we were involved and happy. In addition to being the company director, he's a very good, 'hands-on' project manager.

This is a properly-registered and insured roofing company - no 'white van man' contractors and the work is fully-guaranteed. Reputation is important to the company. I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again and can recommend without hesitation.

Good communication throughout the project which turned out to be a lot bigger job than anticipated. Dave and his team were flexible though and the job was completed to my satisfaction quickly. I would recommend them.

Following a leak in roof, Dave and team conducted a full investigation and did a short notice replacement of timbers, felt, gullies and flashing. Hard working team and used existing tiles where possible. Good coordination of sub contractors for scaffolding and skip. Good communication of work plan from start to finish.

The scaffolding was put up Wednesday morning. The roofers arrived it turned out to be a bigger job than expected. They stripped half the roof. Then they felted, batton and retiled with the original tiles. They finished by Thursday afternoon. Friday they turned up and removed all the rubbish. Couldn't fault them.
