One of the pain management containers had already been opened. Which was disappointing because I wanted to get
My old dog help asap.
However. Krista on customer service. Very kindly and efficiently kept I. Touch to find out what had happened.
And it was replaced in a few days. So thank you very much.
In a few weeks I’ll repost to let you know if they help with my dogs pain. Thank you again
Ordered some probiotics for my dog at the beginning of March. Had to chase them about delivery, they replied supply problem. However not long after then apparently back in stock and order sent 16th March. I then tried to track the order and it said it had been delayed. More than a week later no update. No response from company but quick response from PayPal who I made payment through. Thankfully I've been refunded by them. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I also wish when I Googled best probiotics for our dog that the company who compiled the list were sponsored and paid by Pawfy. Lesson learned.

I can see that a lot of the negative reviews are from people who were unknowingly signed up to subscriptions. While I’m not typically a fan of this type of business model, I have had a good experience with this company. I knowingly signed up to a subscription of some supplements for my dog. Before the second shipment arrived we had to put him to sleep because of a chronic health condition. I emailed the team asking to cancel the subscription and not only did they do this very quickly, they also refunded me for the most recent order even though it had already shipped, which was much appreciated. We never actually tried the product so can’t vouch for its efficacy.

Absolutely appalled!
I bought joint chewes for my labrador and got subscribed without knowledge!
Second order never came( that was before I realised what happened) and PAWFY tried to take money off me at 4.00am for an alleged subscription. There is no way to unsubscribe as only a code gets sent repeatedly. I had to block and cancel my card which is a massive inconvenience and will be taking it further if there is no reply. I have written an e mail to see if I will fet money back for the second order. Fuming is an understatement!!!

Woke up this morning to find £100 taken from my account for a subscription, (goes into immediate shock after reading other reviews), thought it was going to be an absolute fight but to their credit Krista had written back to me by 9:30 and cancelled the repeat order and future subscription.
Just be careful when you order. I did suggest that they make further efforts to let people know that they have entered into a subscription as I hadn't received any communication to let me know that this was the case

Note: Unable to cancel via their website, you have to email them to ensure the cancellation is done properly! Oh and card details are apparently managed by shopify so therefore you cant cancel the card. Doesn't appear to comply with the Competition and Consumers Bill as no contract or pre contract information was provided

Pawfy - your ordering system is NOT clear, if it was, then how come are all the complaints about the same issue? Who in their right mind subscribes to save a few quid when they don’t know if a product will work for their dog, even without knowing how difficult you make it to cancel? And your lack of email confirmation about orders & subscription set ups rather underlines the fact that there’s a lack of transparency in how you operate. If you truly believe in your products you need to have a massive overhaul in procedures and also, don’t claim to respond within 24 hours if you don’t have the infrastructure to do this. Let’s hope this does get resolved to my satisfaction.

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering! Seems I’d inadvertently signed up for a subscription which I don’t want as the product doesn’t actually work for my dog.
Decent companies that offer subscriptions send a courtesy email ahead of time to let you know a subscription is due and giving you the chance to bring forward/delay/cancel but I had nothing from Pawfy, not even an email to let me know I’d apparently subscribed.
Today I got a message from Shop to say that another 2 tubs were on the way at a cost of £55 and they’ve not yet responded to my email telling them I don’t want the items. Unfortunately it’s too late to cancel the payment with my bank given the lack of notice. Logging into their site is difficult and you have to ask for a code which they email to you - that’s the only email I’ve ever had from them!
I’ll be disputing with my bank if they don’t get in touch with me as it seems scam like. Avoid this company!
23 Feb 2026 - Edited to add that after 4 days I’ve still not heard from Pawfy and I’ve now realised that I definitely didn’t sign up for a subscription. I ordered 2 tubs on special offer as that was supposedly enough to determine whether it worked or not. I wouldn’t sign up for a subscription without knowing if it was worthwhile. Just shows how you doubt yourself when companies operate like this! There are even comments on their Instagram account complaining which I’ve just added to, as I feel it’s important to highlight issues wherever they’re being promoted - in fact I got suckered in by advertising on Instagram!
My bank are now dealing with this and were interested in the fact that I’d had no correspondence from Pawfy at all except the automated code when I wanted to access their website. Also, Pawfy claim to respond to customer queries within 24 hours which hasn’t happened.
Honestly, avoid like the plague unless you like the product and are happy for them to take unauthorised funds from your bank indefinitely. It’s operated on a ‘continuous payment authority’ (CPA) which means (in most cases) that only your bank is able to cancel future payments, which mine has now done.
Also Pawfy, I’d like the promised refund if the product doesn’t work within 60 days as it’s done nothing for my dog. Can’t wait to hear from you to arrange this 🙄 My order number is #5626

DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I purchased a 3 month supply of probiotics for my dog in January 2026. Despite the fact that I consider I am fairly competent ordering stuff online this company somehow signed me up for a subscription. I had ordered a 3 month supply of the probiotics why on earth would I want another 3 months supply one month later?? I have asked my bank to stop the payment but may not have done it in time but future payments will not be made. Look at how many customers on this forum have been caught out.
It also raises a question in my mind about the quality of their products. If they have no qualms about taking your money in such an underhand way then maybe they feel that it is not a problem selling inferior products for our pets. If you have had the same problem please report to your bank so that their fraud team can investigate.

Ordered products for our dog only to find that we are now signed up for a monthly subscription!
Money taken out again after email sent to cancel.
Reading other reviews which all say the same.
Only way to cancel subsctiption is to email but so far has not worked as no response.
Just received a response. Refund on its way & subscription cancelled.
Experience not good however.

Just been caught out by hidden wording where you are committing to having a monthly delivery without being aware! Company are really hard to get in touch with, and so far not responding to emails ! I have been in touch with my bank to stop any future transactions!

SCAM company - do not get suckered in! Website looks very legitimate and product does get shipped BUT … they sign you up for subscription when you opt for one-off purchase and you cannot then contact them to cancel. Emails to their customer ‘care’ address are completely ignored, it’s a nightmare to try and cancel and they still shipped/charged despite me cancelling online, emailing twice and removing the payment card. No reviews under Pawfy.co.uk (until now!) - but check out Pawfy.com 😬 - AVOID!
