Delivered promptly. Very easy to assemble - only 1 screw, and all tools provided. Packaged well in an environmentally conscious way. Will be easy to store out of season. The fan itself is excellent, easy to use with remote control, not yet tried the app. It’s super quiet, I’ve happily used it overnight with the timer which is a nice feature. Roll on summer!

Duux smart 360 fan heater is a great heater

We bought an Edge 2000 heater on 5/1 and it had broken by the 18/1. It can take 14 days for a replacement to be processed so as we've no other heating in that room decided to order and pay for a replacement straight away. We didn't want to be without heating for two weeks at the coldest time of year. Ordering the replacement was complicated by a price discrepancy (we'd initially ordered 2 heaters as a package but the replacement was going to cost over 50% more than the initial unit) and it took several days to sort out the replacement costing that same as the initial heater. Communication was poor and the whole thing more stressful than it should have been. We've also not been told what the problem was with the first heater and it would been have nice to know.

I purchased the Duux Whisper Flex Fan (£169.99) and the optional Battery & Dock (£59.99) with high expectations, but I am deeply disappointed by several issues:

Remote Control: The remote is malfunctioning. While the power button beeps, none of the other functions work, forcing me to operate the fan manually.
Battery Pack: Despite fully charging the battery, it lasted less than 10 minutes of use. There’s no battery percentage indicator in the app, and the charging progress is unclear.
Noise Levels: Both Night and Normal modes produce the same noise level, contradicting the product's claims of quieter operation in Night mode.
App Integration: The Duux app constantly asks me to sign in and sends one-time codes, which is frustrating. It also doesn't retain my login details or allow Touch ID, making it less user-friendly.
For the price paid, I expected much better performance, and these issues have made the product far less "smart" than advertised.

I purchased the Bora 20l bundle as a Xmas gift for my daughter and her partner following the excellent reviews. The heater and dehumidifier came separately, with the dehumidifier arriving in a larger than expected box. The recipients are very happy with their gift and say it has transformed the damp atmosphere of their Cornish home. I will also be looking to purchase the dehumidifier in due course following their positive comments.

Second one we bought, super effective & great design. Live in an old house & gives rooms a boost when needed.

Nice looking heaters those 360's, but the app is a disaster, and the Google home integration a flat out lie, after over a year it's still not functioning.

I changed my mind and wanted to amend my order - customer service were fast, friendly and helpful when I called them.

Loving the product, which I chose after reading online reviews, especially the Independent's top dehumidifiers for 2024 article. Really does pull the water from the air well, and helps our clothes dry noticeably faster. Feels sturdy and well made - it's reassuringly heavy. We are using it to keep our garage damp free over winter. Liked it so much I have bought another one for our garden office.

Have an oil radiator to add to my solar Amazing. The boost function is great due to the two mini Fans located at the bottom. Achieving a boost of air to creat instant heat. Love it. Added to smart device and Alexa and linked to to solar. I’m nice and warm for little cost.

The only ask I’d want is to the app. When away I can’t turn off unless I delete the whole schedule. And I can’t edit the schedule that’s in needs to be deleted and re added

The Heater (Threesixty) itself is average - just like any other in terms of performance. It looks pretty good though.
The major issue here is that they promote it as Alexa compatible. It's not. Just check the many reviews of people with the same problem trying to get it to connect. The customer service is abysmal. They send you standard emails with absolutely no help and try to fob you off. Oh, and the schedule function doesn't work either. Sending mine back because of the terrible customer service in trying to get issues resolved.

Good looking product that provides 360 degree heating quite efficiently. The remote control is quite useful.
We are not convinced about the accuracy of its thermostat.

Stylish, effective fan heater. App is good and it’s great to be able to control the heater remotely, control the temperature and set schedules. The thermostat seems fairly accurate which is unusual for a fan heater, Only complaints are: it won’t blow cold air for use as a fan in the summer, and although the app is good, manual control of the heater is limited to changing the three heat settings and you can’t control the temperature manually.

My Bora arrived with a broken wheel. Not a big deal, but not a good start. After an hour and a half of running it in a small bedroom at 17 degrees Celsius, I got the first “frost buildup” warning… the unit has had “P1” (defrosting) warnings/stoppages multiple times in the first 10 hours of running… not encouraging… it’s also a big 30L unit but has struggled to bring humidity down in the small bedroom from 64% to 57% over those 10 hours (target set at 50%). The humidity gauge also seems a bit erratic and is inconsistent with two separate humidity gauges that I’ve put in the room to check (they’re just cheap Amazon devices but are consistently within 1% of each other whilst the Bora number fluctuates significantly). Over the 10 hours it hasn’t yet filled the container, but it is getting to about 3/4 full… so maybe on pace for 2L per day? It’s day one, but I’m not feeling optimistic. On the plus side, it looks nice and isn’t too loud. The app is simple and works.

Excellent product and really efficient delivery. I ordered my dehumidifier on a Friday and received it the next day on Saturday afternoon!

Quick delivery and the heater really does what it claims heats a 30 square meter loft space in about 20 to 30 minutes very impressive

Had a problem with the app so had to contact Duux which was successfully sorted. Instructions supplied with heater not clear enough.

We were looking for a portable heater and we definitely picked well with the Duux 360. It’s small, light and stays fairly warm - so it’s easy to move from room to room when needed. The app is really useful too and allows you to control the heater remotely. The only, minor, issue for me is that on its two highest setting it’s quite loud…just have turn the TV volume up a bit 😁
