Quick delivery and the item works so much better than my previous make. Has brought humidity in my living room from mid 60s to very low 50s. Musty smell gone!

I ordered a Bora dehumidifier and it didn't work from the start. The Duux hotline didn't give advice, but asked me to contact Duux UK. They were hard to reach and not very helpful. The retailer, Currys, didn't take it back after 10 mails and numerous calls, instead blocked my IP address. Now my bank is trying to get the money back. The second Bora was ordered with Donaghy Bros. and was faulty again with a different code. This time the returns were no problem. So I will never buy a Duux appliance nor anything with Currys

The heaters themselves appear to work as advertised. Unfortunately Duux ignore their customer support channels entirely and don't respond. The Google Home integration also appears to be unreliable and neglected (which was the reason for contacting support).

I purchased a Duux North Smart Air Conditioner.
It isn't smart, refuses to connect to the WiFi or app. It's loud and whilst pumps out good cold air in the summer, it's heating function leaves a lot to be desired. So I wrote a review on their own website. The problem is, months later they haven't published that negative review. It just sits 'awaiting manual review'. So it only shows one 5* review on the product page. They are suppressing a bad review because it will damage the products rating on their website. I find this even worse than the poor quality and design of the product itself. Avoid this company like the plauge. You simply can't trust their product reviews on their website.

Placed an order and there was an error. Contacted customer service every day for 3 days and absolutely no responce.

DUUX make lovely products...

...but there were a couple of hiccups along the way, before it all ended well :)

First off, I ordered a 1500W oil-filled radiator, around 5pm. Just after 9am next day they emailed to say it was out of stock, and immediately reimbursed me.

I then ordered the 2000W version, and was thrilled to see there'd be free nex-day delivery. And next day it arrived, except it was a dehumidifier instead of a heater. DUUX doesn't operate over the weekend (and it was a Saturday), so it was a couple of days later before I could take up the issue with them.

Although we communicated by both email and phone, there seemed to be a lag in the penny dropping, so to speak, and after a couple of days I started getting cold feet (to go with the rest of me).

But suddenly it was all taken in hand and went very smoothly: DPD collected the mis-delivered item and delivered the desired one, at the same time, on the Friday following.

I don't know why the initial confusion arose, or whose fault it was, or maybe it was just one of those days? But I have to say that I found DUUX pleasant to deal with: they seemed to genuinely want to do their best, and were never surly or impatient. DPD were good, too.

I like their product, so far, and they are *not* on my steer-clear list. So a general thumbs up.

It did say comes with a filter and that would be added to the package, but I only received 1 filter. I would assume a filter would be given with the device and I was expecting an extra on. Making the wording on the free filter very unclear. So you don’t receive an extra one only one that comes with the device.

Plenty of heat and useful features but louder than I would like and expected.

I ordered a brand new Heater Edge 2000. To my horror, it came in a tatty, soiled box, seals broken, and the heater had finger prints all over it. The remote was just thrown into the box, and the manual was creased, clearly not new; it appears to be a customer return. Very disgusted and appalled to say the least, Gross misrepresentation and this is supposed to be a premium company. Duux this is not good practise.

After 3 year I could throw away 2 vector heaters. Did suddenly not connect anymore en displays of both heaters (?) were not working anymore.

Delivery was really fast and hassle-fee. Item was received in perfect condition.

Love this fan the only downside is that the remote control for the tv keeps turning it off

Neat and tidy design giving a modern appearance. Proving to be economical in use too. More detail on the operating instructions would be an improvement.

Initial mistake was rectified quickly

In 2022 I purchased a Duux Whisper Flex Ultimate fan at a cost of £250. This was used only occasionally during hot spells. This year as the weather hotted up I connected it again, but it was completely dead. After contacting the company to ask their advice on how to solve the problem I was told that I would need to purchase a new base for the product, but that none were available and would not be available until 2026. Given that this fan had hardly been used, I was unimpressed not only by its performance, but equally with the quoted cost for the replacement part (as it was out of warranty) and the non-availability of spares for a product which was still in production.
From the many poor reviews posted on Trustpilot I can see that my experience is not unique. The fan was at the top end of the price range for similar products but at the very bottom of the range of customer satisfaction scores.
I will certainly not be buying any further items from this company. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, as does the availability of information on their website to assist customers when things go wrong. My experience has been completely abysmal.

I like the fire but because the weather still good not used it yet.As we are both in our eighties and not a modern phone it would have been nice if there had been full instructions with the fire.

The fan is the best I have ever bought and is extremely energy efficient.
The fan is also extremely effective. The delivery was also exceptionally fast as it arrived the following day.
It is also very easy to order spare parts and accessories and I ordered 2 extra extension poles which have actually made my fan the correct height for where I need it.

I thought the product was extremely quiet and i liked the rotation of the head although slightly disappointed there was not 180 rotations from side to side.

This is my second Duux fan, I bought one a couple of years ago, which has been great in our bedroom especially during the hot weather we’ve been experiencing.
So we thought it would be great to buy another to save going up and down stairs with the one bought previously.
We love Duux fans we opted for Whisper Flex Ultimate they are super quiet we love the fact we can control with our phone, as well as the remote also has a battery as well as electricity to choose from, excellent product.
Great customer service, well packaged product and so easy to assemble.
I would recommend company and Duux fans to friends and family.
