The fan is very good but - Warning! - the website did not mention that the unit arrives in a complex jumble of parts needing expert assembly. Although I am experienced at putting flatpacks etc together, this is an electrical item so I did not want to risk assembling it myself. Had to pay an electrician £70 to assemble it.

Bought the Whisper Flex during the red warning heat wave. Perfect product for night sleeping as this fan is sooo quiet (we find ourselves checking it’s on at times). Arrived on time and used a quality courier firm for delivery. Delighted with our purchase.

What a lovely fan. Unfortunately it is faulty. I have tried to leave a review on the Duux website, maybe as it is only a 2 star review the webpage will not allow the review. Nice design and quiet, the app can be glitchy and takes getting used to. Without the wobbling fan fault I would have happily rated the fan 5 stars

I really wanted to like this fan, but my experience with both the product and the customer service has been extremely disappointing.

I bought the Elevate Smart Tower Fan from Debenhams and, immediately, it developed an audible mechanical rhythmic/pulsing noise whenever oscillating. I contacted Duux on 30 May, and after troubleshooting, they confirmed the noise wasn’t normal and agreed to send a replacement once I returned the faulty unit.

On 9 June, they sent me a DPD QR code. I was told a replacement would be sent within 14 days of my defective fan arriving back to Duux. I returned the fan within the next few days as instructed, which arrived with Duux on 12 June per a notification from DPD.

Instead, on 23 June, I received an email from Debenhams saying I’d been refunded without explanation. When I chased it up, in a response 3 days later I was told the fan was “out of stock”, despite the fact it is still showing as available on the Duux website at the time of my writing (although admittedly not on Debenhams).

To add to this, the fan is now only available at a higher price, meaning I can’t repurchase the same product without paying more.

So now I am left without the fan I ordered 1 month ago, in warm weather, after weeks of waiting, and no replacement for the product I originally chose. Duux's response was that they should have notified me, but no actual resolution was offered, despite having the item in stock on their own website.

Overall, a really poor experience. Between the product fault, the lack of communication, and the unexpected refund, I can’t recommend this fan or the support process behind it.

Received the fan but not the extra cover. Messaged twice and no response. That’s poor customer service in my view. They’ve taken my money

DO NOT ORDER FROM DUUX UK!

Shockingly poor customer service. Phone calls and emails remain unanswered. Next day DPD delivery advertised, but fan still not received >7 days post placing of order and payment being made.

Zero communications from Duux UK and/or their UK distributors, Stearn Electric Co. Ltd, T/A Beam Group, when attempting to chase order progress. Zero response to complaint email.

Zero confidence as to being able to return this fan and obtaining a refund once it eventually turns up.

Worst customer service ever. Avoid!

Terrible experience, asked me to join their news letter to get 10% off first order. Doesn’t tell you it’s only for items that aren’t on sale. I purchased a fan, it said order before noon for next day delivery, I took the day off work so I would be in for my delivery, it didn’t turn up. I tried calling, emailing, WhatsApp messaging Duux, I was on hold for over two hours with no reply. The next day I checked the duux website, the item I ordered had now changed to in shock but 3-5 days delivery. I finally decided after getting no reply from duux that I’ll contact PayPal to get my money back, on PayPal it had a different contact number for duux, when I called the girl on the phone kinda talked like it was my fault I couldn’t get told of them because the number on their website doesn’t work. Anyway it’s a week later and I still haven’t had my refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have terrible customer service and ethics! Absolute waste of my time!

Do NOT order from Duux! Their website promised next business day delivery and my product was delivered 6 business days later. It was not even shipped until the 5th business day. Duux does not answer their emails, customer contact messages via their website, or phone calls. I sat on hold three times for 30-60 minutes and the call was never even answered (by AI or a human). Worst customer service ever!!

Nobody answers the phone. Nobody responded to emails. They've me and incorrect order. The WhatsApp service says we're based in the Netherlands and you're British, so not our problem. They're a joke.

Good fan but expensive for what it is. Pedestal isn’t tall enough.

Brilliant service, will shop again

We have been using the BlueAir air purifier for several months now and it is incredible the amount of particles it filters. My daughter doesn’t cough as much any more. Really great product.

Came on time which was good but haven’t unpacked yet as not needing to use it at present

The Threesixty Smart Fan Gen 2 heater has not lived up to expectations. I was attracted to the design and positive reviews but now find the latter mystifying. The noise levels on medium and high power are too high whilst the heat output is inferior to my old 2kw convector heater costing much less( which is silent!).
I do not recommend this product.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Duux. The whole process from start to finish was honestly so smooth and easy.

Everyone I spoke to was really kind, patient and understanding, which made a big difference. You can tell there’s real care behind the customer service, not just going through the motion, and for someone who cannot sleep without a fan, they really made sure the whole process was smooth

A genuine thank you to Kelly, Lucy, Isabelle and Alex, you’ve all been amazing and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.

I would have liked to have given five stars but I would have preferred a cream lead control switch and plug on the beige throws that I have purchased not black also even though number 9 setting is toasty and warm perhaps the choice of a couple more warmer settings to say a number 12 would have been better.The throw looks good feels nice and plush and I would recommend it if in the future Duxx decided to put a cream lead on the beige throws I would appreciate them sending me two to replace the black ones as it would look so much better.

Good communication and quick delivery

The products are stunning but the app functionality is a complete scam. It’s been three days since I can’t connect my devices through the app due to server issues. This means you’ll be stuck with a product lacking half the functionality you paid for the day Duux goes down. Mind that while the app system is operational, your data is being sold to major tech companies. Don’t be fooled.

I returned a faulty and dangerous fan heater to Duux as requested by their customer service team.
They said they would send out a replacement.
I have had no acknowledgement of the return and also still not received the replacement.
The customer service team have not returned my emails asking for update.
I have spent hours trying to get through on the phone without any success.
I would not recommend Duux products because if there is a fault you will not receive a replacement.
