Duke Cannon is a great soap company. For people only giving a 2.8 or whatever is a bit much. I genuinely believe that Duke Cannon is the greatest natural soap company out there. Keep on killing it with the wonderful scents!!I swear by Duke Cannon. Best value for money! Thank you DC.

Five stars for Duke Cannon. I’ve been using their gear since mid-2018 after stumbling across them at Hy-Vee, and after winning some swag in their 12 Days of Commerce that winter, I became a customer for life. As a veteran, I really appreciate that a portion of their proceeds supports the military. It’s also super convenient being able to grab restocks from their website, Hy-Vee, Bass Pro Shops, or Cracker Barrel.
​My everyday lineup:
​Campfire Soap: Best bar out there.
​Sawtooth Solid Cologne: Smells incredible and my wife loves it.
​Bloody Knuckles: The absolute GOAT for dry hands.
​Cannon Balm: The large lip balm is awesome and lasts forever.
​Deodorant: Solid quality across the board, though I'm still working my way through the lineup to find my ultimate go-to scent.
​Gone but not forgotten:
Their hand sanitizer was an absolute staple for me during COVID. Their body and foot powders were also absolute lifesavers in the heat before they became impossible to find.
​My only request to the Duke Cannon team: please bring back the powders and the Emergency Heat Light Scented Non-Candles!

I know Duke Cannon doesn’t care about those who loved their product for years. Every one of their products has changed, from their soaps having zero scent after two days (consistently with very new bar), their bloody knuckles is garbage and smells like plastic and furnace dust, their deodorants are mediocre (bring back the amber trench warfare), their packaging has been neutered and appears “safe” for the woke mob, they stopped making the beard amplifier, and all this for what? I have turned so many friends and family members to this product line and like me they are super disappointed. Dr. Squatch products are too expensive and their soaps last for three days. Looking for products that once was a great man product like Duke Cannon. All I can say Duke, do better and go back to what worked. Fire all of those people responsible for these changes. Make Duke Great Again

Terrible, unresponsible, and automated "customer support". No preceding notice of subscription items pending shipment, so customers cannot review whether the pending items need to be adjusted or not.

Wanted to upgrade from dr squatch and this soap is a full step back from that. No grit or basically gritless if it has grit to it. Scents are mild a unnatural. Its a fancier bar shaped axe. Not quality soap by any means and very disappointed i have to use or give away 4 bars now. I give them 1 star for supporting the military atleast.

I like the diversity of the products the different fragrances of price points are good I just wish the cologne bottles were a little bit bigger but I guess for the price it's not bad deal

Terrible customer service. I received a tin of beard balm that was half empty. I emailed the company with a picture as evidence but was that that this was normal. I persevered, insisting that this was anything but normal but they pushed back — some nonsense about the product being stored on its side and having melted. Truly. They couldn’t have been more disinterested. This was my first experience of this company’s products and it will be my last. A bunch of cowboys out to take your money. Avoid.

9.99 for a little tube of face lotion. Gotvthe one for dry skin but i have to apply atleast 3 to 4 times a day and i barely have dry skin. Tube lasted only 4 or 5 days, no way am i spending like 60 bucks a month on face lotion. Only thing i like from them is the solid cologne. Soap is to big and rips hair off my chest.

I can't really speak on the actual company itself. I have used Amazon for my orders. I have only purchased the midnight swim deodorant. I think it is a sure winner. It's smells great and lasts all day. I would recommend this deodorant to everyone.

Reached out to inquire on an order placed over a week prior (time of email was 1111am). They responded stating my order had already been shipped out and provided the tracking number. When I clicked on the tracking, it had not been shipped out (pre-shipment) and the label had been created at 1220pm. Literally minutes before responding to me by email. Why lie that is was shipped out knowing the customer can verify what you're telling them?

Purchased a 500ml bottle of their Old Glory …which is supposedly tobacco and leather.

This stuff actually smells utterly repulsive. I could understand if it smelled slightly synthetic. Than is to be expected of body soaps! But this was just bizarre! Consistency was also pretty off putting. Felt slimy on skin and did not give much lather!

Love there soap bricks, been using for years now, great smell and lasts a long time, also there Christmas scents are always great. Would highly recommend as far as soap goes. I have never delt with the company tho as buy via a 3rd party store that socks in the uk

Horrible customer service. Bought products for Father’s Day. Had allergic reaction to the ingredients. Contacted customer service and they refused to accept or assist within the 30 period outlined in satisfaction guaranteed. Terrible company or people working there. Never buying their products and would not recommend

Usually have some great deals and all go there products have unique scents. Shipping is a bit long

Shipped my items with no protective packaging so all arrived damaged. Extremely difficult to work with their customer service. Avoid.

Terrible Customer Service Beware!! After buying from them several times I tried to place a new order today to which I was surprised. Moments after my order was canceled and I received an extremely disrespectful email from someone from the company. With no prior experience with this gentleman he began to lecture me about why he declines my order. For some odd reason he discriminated against my order being process and refused to offer any resolution. I don't know if this is their way of stealing banking information or what their deal is. Beware of this site.

Trying Duke Cannon for the first time. Ordered the thick body wash which was advertised to smell like pine, but does not. More like eucalyptus which is unpleasant smelling to me. This company does not accept refunds or returns so be careful to read their refund policy before ordering. Also, I saw the same product with a different scent for around eight dollars in store, however I paid almost $20 when ordered online after taxes and shipping. product is not worth $20. I am not happy and will not be ordering from Duke Cannon again.

Just received my Duke Cannon Order. The Sawtooth Body Wash Smells Great also got the Midnight Swim Body Wash and Bigbar Soap. Great Deal. This Stuff Smells so good very Happy I bought it . I will definitely buy more Awesome stuff.

Since this company was bought out by MPP DC Acquisition, LLC, they aren't the same. No, that's an understatement... They are trash compared to the company they were. Quality tanked, staple items gone, customer service is atrocious. They've had me waiting for over 5 months now on an issue, the old Duke Cannon would never have done that. I'm over Duke Cannon.

I was a long time (since 2018 or 2019) Duke Cannon customer. And when I mean customer, I mean I have every single cologne they have (had), I exclusively bought my soap from them, shampoo, etc, etc... My point is, I know what I'm talking about.

They have slowly over the past 3 years removed products completely or lost quality to products that remain. Some soaps for example are not anywhere near the same as they were, completely different ingredients or something, but it tanked the quality.

But that was all fine because there were still some things that were worth buying, up until I asked them to help me narrow down a scent that I didn't like so that i could purchase some newer items (as in which ones had said scent), and they left me hanging for over 5 months in emails, each time acting like they were getting on it.

Now, again, "back in the day" their customer service was STELLAR. But since the company was bought out... it's not even a shadow of it's former self, it's atrocious. Some of the most awful customer service I've experienced. Who drags on in emails with someone waiting to spend money, lots of money, for 5 months? I missed out on the holiday sales, and two other sales after that.

This company is disgusting at this point. We really can't have anything nice, literally a "hero to zero" story for these guys.

Anyways, I suggest you avoid them, there are plenty of other places to buy men's soaps and colognes.

AVOID THIS BS COMPANY

The duke cannon bars are great in smell and longevity. It really lasts a while in the shower when kept in good conditions. The Deodorant is also amazing, it's not my personal choice when it comes to smell and the reason is because of the stock being so limited when I purchased it. I'm not sure if it's due to Christmas but on December 4th I would have expected some more stocked options. I hope they restock soon as I would like to try some new scents.
