Purchased 3 in 1 lcompression leg massager, says 90 day guarantee, company would not take back and issue refund. Wraps did not fit around calf, they are way too small. Customer Service takes days to respond, all communication is done thru email. No phone contact.

Ordered underwear; never rec’d and cannot contact them either email (unresponsive) or phone (not working)

Feel like they are scam. Don’t order from them.

Bought their hearing aids. The right one failed within 5 mos. They wouldn't stand behind their product.

After I received these panties, I tried a pair. From the time I stood up til the time I reached the nearby bathroom, I had urine running down my legs. I contacted this company & they requested a photo of me wearing them, which I reluctantly sent them - bottom shot only. Their reply was basically we've done nothing wrong so no refund! Disgusting company with terrible service! I GOT TAKEN! BEWARE!

After receiving the underwear I found out they are not true to size. They say they have a 100% guarantee but this is not true. Finally after many phone calls, which is not a working number, I emailed them. It took 3 times before they responded. Saying that they don't refund or exchange for a different size even though their sizing chart is incorrect. Only if they sent the wrong size from your order. There is no difference when you are advertising incorrect sizing. I just read the real reviews and almost all of the complaints were about the underwear were smaller physically then what they should have been. Not 1 of them were given authorization to return the product for a larger size for an even exchange. Even when offered to pay the shipping cost. As I see it, the cost of shipping back to China and a 20 dollar restocking fee will cost almost the price of what you paid for them. This is unfair and they shouldn't be allowed to sell product here in America. This is not acceptable to our ways and believes. Shame, on them for taking advantage of women who thought this product would make their lives easier and better. Instead they are just out to Scam people who have enough difficulties in their lives already.

I am so disappointed with my order. First I ordered in February and received in May! Then the size was not correct. Then they tell me I can’t return because it was “in transit too long” . How is that my fault! Never again!!!

This company is a scam. They will not refund or accept product return unless it is defective. The website clearly states they will refund if you are not satisfied. They will not honor their statement

sizing is way off. Sized for a Child. They say they will replace but only get a run around. Basically stole 70 bucks from me.

Don't buy from this company. They are a scam. I ordered their knee massager. It took almost a month to be delivered. When I opened it, I charged it fully. I turned it on and most of the settings didn't work at all. The vibration setting wouldn't move off of Auto. It wouldn't swith to Low or High. Plus, the vibration mode hurt my knees. The heat mode only worked on the Low setting. Medium and High didn't work. I tried to email the company to return the product. One of the emails wouldn't go through. The email on their website went through, but they never responded. The Los Angelos phone # doesn't work. It's all a scam. I'm mow disputing the credit card charge for it with my bank. Hopefully, I'll get my money back. Do not buy anything from this company. They are not legit.

Product is not uniform in size. I ordered 10 pair and some fit well while others are too tight.

I was looking at old emails this morning and came across my order of these underwear from 5 months ago. I have to say that I have been very disappointed in them.
1. They leak. Big time! If I get a dribble leak my pants will be wet, too. Even getting to the bathroom quickly after doesn’t stop it.
B. No odor? Ha! Not true. I wish.
Over all, I got a good value on my order, they are soft, and they arrived quickly, I will say, Don’t bother! They are not at all as advertised and are a waste of money. I will continue using pads and my regular underwear. No need to spend on a worthless product.

DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. THE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE CONTINUES.

Ordered item, did not fit, contacted them (all by email, no way to talk to an individual) and have had nothing but a run around. Just wanted to return and get smaller size, they say they sent the size I ordered, but size received was much larger. Sent pictures they requested and never could get a response again from them. So I am out the money!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!! I ordered because of a review I read ranking them #1 in their product. The only ranking they deserve is in the NEGATIVE!

This is the farthest away from the advertising. when mine finally come I tested them with a tablespoon of water. They were imediately soaked. One sneeze or cough you would be in a imbarrasing situation. They either shipped the wrong item or they are the greatest liars in the world. Im not waisting any more money in sending them back and the size information in incorrect I wear a size 10 comfortably but I can't get therse on at all. I am trowing them in the trash because that is what they are and thats where they belong

Buyer Beware!!! This company has numerous problems. Their sizing chart is inaccurate and they charge a restocking fee of $20 plus you have to pay shipping to China!!!! Here is the response I received from them when I stated their sizing chart was wrong:

"We understand that the underwear you received is too small. However, as per our policy, we are unable to accept returns if the item was shipped according to your order.

Our sizing may differ from standard sizing, and we encourage you to refer to the size chart provided on our website for guidance. If you believe the measurements of the item you received do not match the size guide, please provide a photo showing the discrepancy, and we will escalate the issue for review."
How would one prove the measurements of the garment do not match their sizing chart? They want a photo!!?? No way am I or any self-respecting woman going to send photos of ourselves in undergarments to a random company!!!
I am writing this off as a life lesson. Expensive Lesson!

All in ear hearing aids arrived in Jan. 2025, but no wall plug charger. Emailed company right away; did not hear from them for ten days, so I informed my credit card company to charge back the company. Did not receive anything, so I tried to see if they worked, anyway. Found they were charged, but the sound quality, fit, and feed back were unacceptable, so I emailed company to never mind. I did not want them and why, and I'd send them back. A couple weeks later I received email that my order was on the way. It read like they never read mine. So I emailed again that I didn't want them and why. A week or so later its email said they wanted pictures. I emailed them again and said I didn't want and I'm not wasting time taking pictures; I'll send them back. A week passed and received email today that unacceptable sound quality was not valid reason for returning them. If that doesn't beat all! It's like computer generated form letters are sent out regardless of customer complaint, probably to wear one down. I'm glad I got my credit card in the loop right away. The takeaway: DO NOT BUY THESE SHODDY AMPLIFIERS. THE WARRANTY MEANS NOTHING AND "CUSTOMER SERVICE" IS A GROSS MISUSE OF THE WORD "SERVICE" AS THERE IS NONE WHATSOEVER - IT'S DISSERVICE.

My order never arrived. My many emails, sent to the address provided by them, were 'not accepted.' Once my bank issued a refund to me and went after them, I received multiple messages a day begging me to 'help them out' by cancelling my refund. I am not expecting my order to ever arrive, despite their continued claims that it is 'on the way.' If it does show up, I will return it unopened. The quality of a product is typically commensurate with the quality of service.

If I could give a minus 10 rating I would! The product was ordered using the sizing shown, took several weeks to arrive, and the size was such that I couldn't even get the past my knees! I immediately reached out for a refund and it's been over 3 months and the issue is still not resolved. It's weeks to receive a return message, the phone number given is not a working number, and they are still asking for patience to resolve the issue! TOTAL SCAM!!! Stay away from them!!!

They say you can return you canot scam all the way did not ship for a month then came in would have fit a child not an adult takes two weeks for them to respond do not order anything from them

This company is a fraud. They wait to contact you after they ship the item so they can charge you a restocking fee. Do not buy from this company. P.s. their phone number is a fraud as well.
