Already posted a review had reply done what they asked send email to tickets druids FAO CS manager had nothing back except an email I assume for someone else with a story and lie they I no nothing about I wondering if they have been hacked as a company because everyone saying the same thing going to go through bank to get money back

I am still waiting for goods ordered on the 27th July. I have sent a number of emails but now they do not reply. Email is the only way of contacting them .So it now appears that I will never see my good & have lost £64.96 as well.

Three orders placed, no goods received.
Sadly, my tale of woe is similar to the rest of this company's reviews - excuses, lies, more excuses, more lies.
It is exhausting trying to deal with them, which I suspect is what they’re trying to achieve by taking money for non-existent goods and then lying constantly about the progress - or lack thereof - of the order.
I have finally washed my hands of them and asked my credit card company to claim back the costs of all three orders on my behalf. Thankfully the credit card company are five star, unlike this bunch.
Hopefully they I’ll soon be closed down for the frauds they obviously are.

Awful Experience AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Ordered on the 3rd or August for my partners birthday, still no update currently on 8 different excuses!! Have raised with my bank as a scam!!

Have 30 odd messages back and forth with its in a bulk order the issue is royal mail to the newest it hasn't been shipped, now when asking to cancel the order under the consumer act no response!!!

Hideous service and liars from start to finish!! And still not concluded as of yet but to be waiting nearly 2.5 weeks for an order in this day and age is awful!!

My order was placed on 2nd Aug and not dispatched until 7 days later - falling well below delivery promise of 2-4 days !
Customer service experience needs to improve and not to make promises which they cannot deliver.
Now 12 days after ordering I still await delivery !
Absolute disaster and would not recommend Druids to anyone, stay well clear !

I placed my order on 4th August for my boyfriend’s birthday, the delivery was estimated at 2-4 working days, I am still waiting for my delivery (it’s now the 13th Aug). I have been emailing multiple times to customer service, and getting absolutely nowhere with it. Customer service is absolutely appalling and just not interested. Been told there was an issue with there warehouse but I was never told this until i asked about where my order was, I keep being told it’s on its way, got a tracking number but every time I type it in it tells me my order is not found!! I asked customer service multiple times to cancel my order and yet they refused. I will never be shopping here again or recommend this to anyone. AVOID!!

I ordered 11 days ago. Paid extra for 24 HR delivery. Nothing. Their customer service just takes the piss. They are a scam company. I've had to contact my bank to get my money back. I can 100% confirm, this has been the worst retail experience for myself in a very very long time. *The world's No1 useless company*

Ordered on the 4 august still not arrived told it will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days each time I've emailed them, I'm not holding much hope ordered some items off temu same day they are arriving Tuesday never again ,update still not arrived but temu order all the way from china arriving this morning temu order arrived on time,i asked druids to cancel my order and refund my payment this morning no response so will have to instigate a chargeback through my bank what a shower of s__t

Purchased four shirts after referring to the size guide which is not true to size (Two inch below maximum size quoted so a bit snug). Returned shirts for a credit, the return process was fine but they have sent a store credit and not the refund as requested, emailed customer services asking for the credit option but no response. I wouldn't use them again based on poor customer service.
**Finally got in touch and resolved the refund issue, waiting for refund but hopefully get this in the next couple of days, when contacting them, make sure you use tickets @ druidsgolf .com, not mail@giftcard. app

awful customer service from this company - sent the wrong clothes to what was ordered and then when i wanted to return just offered me 10% off next purchase... WHAT THE HELL. your mistake so fix it! then they lied and said their printing label for returns wasnt working - awful! then when finally sent it the post office couldnt accept it!!!!!! just a joke of a company! ombudsman it is.

Clothes are a good price and good quality, they turned up quickly and although 1 item was unsuitable (it's always hard when buying online) the refund process and communication was actually good despite some reviews.

Personally I regret adding my personal details to their company when interested in buying something from them. In the end I didn’t make a purchase but I am plagued with texts and emails from Druids Golf without a way to block or unsubscribe. Spammers!!

These guys flip flop on what their policies are and ended up pissing me off to the extent that I want to warn you all. Just don't do it!!

Terrible customer service. Items arrived that were not consistent sizes. 3 of 7 garments were too big. When contacting customer service to ask for an exchange or refund were told they would not accept a return or exchange, despite the items being in their original packaging, with labels attached. Instead they suggested we gifted the items to someone else of a larger size!

Clothes are decent quality...if the sizes were remotely accurate...but customer service is HORRENDOUS! I ordered three golf polo shirts in size 3XL which according to their size chart were supposed to have 54" chests. All three I received had 50" chests. Over the next 24 days I exchanged 26 insanely frustrating emails with them as they requested the same photos that I already sent four different times and fed me a constant stream of BS. They wanted me to spend $23 to return the shirts (after spending $10 on shipping to receive them) and then they would decide if they would provide me with a refund. Only after my credit card company notified them I was disputing the charges did they return the purchase price of my purchase, but still refused to return the shipping charges. I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER BUYING FROM THESE UNETHICAL CLOWNS AGAIN!!!

however i had to return serval items becuase they didnt fit, i asked for exchanges,
the responses was few and far between,
after returning them i chased the exchange and was told they wasnt in stock and they applied a credit to my account,
a week later and there is no credit on my account or exchange, responses on the chat are pointless and they dont read the convo before and keep asking the same questions - my order - DR977869

Exact same as every else reviewing here. Paid extra for quick delivery and no sign of any yet 5 days later. 1st and last time using them. Should have read the reviews here. They can't remain business much longer with these delivery lies.

As all the reviews on here ordered items for fathers day. 7 days before the event and 10days after ordering I am still waiting. Stop blaming evri and change you delivery provider. My opinion you just can’t cope with the amount of orders you are recieving. Fathers day ruined and the response was an automated one so guess everyone is in the same boat.

I ordered on Tuesday - Paid for Royal Mail next day delivery. It is now Friday and I have just heard that Evri have received my parcel for dispatch. Clearly just wholesale shipping with items on the website that they do not have in stock. Unacceptable to pay for a service you do not receive.
