My customer service representative was knowledgeable friendly and even helped look for potential warranty coverage for the part I was ordering.

My only gripe is I'd like longer customer service hours for those of us who live on the west coast and do our work on the weekends.

I searched the DR website for the length of the Line Caddy in Special #2. The descriptions on the DR website do not disclose the length. My order arrived with the 26" Caddy. I ordered the Easy Line Change upgrade for my trimmer that requires 13" line pieces. I then learned that there is a "26" Caddy" and a "Caddy" that is 14" long. The Special #2 just said "Caddy". I suggested that DR Power update their product descriptions for the Caddy products.

Customer service made it right. They credited me for the 26" Caddy received and allowed me to order the 14" Caddy with free shipping. Thank You!

The ease of navigating their website and finding the parts for my machine.

I have had my Dr Trimmer for under two years bought top of the line with all the bells, whistles and attachments. I have minimally used because it needs some type of repair work everytime I use the trimmer. I have seen the amazing videos which is why I purchased for my farm. This machine does not work like in the videos. Dr. Trimmer is responsive when purchasing but no response when there is a problem. Crickets.........

My husband and I are getting older and carrying a trimmer around the inside and outside perimeter of our fenced yard was becoming too physically taxing. The DR trimmer is perfect! The online purchase experience was easy and efficient. Delivery of the machine itself was flawless. There was some confusion with the extra parts I ordered but they arrived only a day after the trimmer. We also have a Generac generator so overall awesome experiences with this company as a whole.

I couldn’t find my part number in my owner manual so I called DR Company directly and the sales department found my part and number. Sales lady was very pleasant and helpful. Very good experience. I would recommend DR products. I’ve had my DR Pilot for four years and use it to trim my 16 acres. It still runs like new.

I was looking for specific parts for my DR Brush Cutter and the manual provided for the machine was detailed and helpful. The DR website's search engine was very good as it identified all parts I needed.

Liked being able to place the order. Still waiting for Tax Exempt status.

Customer Service is exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.

Online catalog was easy to use. Parts were easily identifiable. Part was shipped quickly after order was placed. Don't really like the cost of shipping. It's expensive if you are just buying 1 part. Wish there was a cheaper option for that. Overall satisfied.

Quick delivery of the product that I have ordered. Very good product, I have the DR Brush and Field Mower and the string trimmer. I’ve wound definitely say it was the best investment I’ve made for keeping up my property.

Why is it nearly every purchase one makes in todays world they want you to write a review. Evidently they have enough staff on hand to not only request this but then to compile the answers. How is one supposed to evaluate a companies before and after sales support when all you have done is complete an order form and pay for it. Aren’t you wonderful for accepting.my credit card. I guess that about it. Should make headlines.

Great machine!! Had delivery in 3 days. Definitely heavy duty!! Easy to assemble and operate. Head and shoulders over previous edger!! Thank you!!

Haven’t received product yet with road weight limits on having it delivered to a truck depot and will pick it up when delivered

Friendly, knowledgeable and very patient.

First time ordering was easy. I’m not sure if I ordered what I need.

The unit arrived assembled except for the wheels, which were easy to attach. After filling with oil and fuel it started right up.

Every experience I have had speaking with anyone at DR has been exceptional. I am very satisfied with both the product and the people.

Ordering tow bar was easy and it arrived in a timely manner
