Excellent Breakdown Service
Came back after a week away. Went to my car, but couldn't unlock it, no matter how many times I clipped the key to open the door. It wouldn't let me. Eventually got into car, car key would not work. Called out Driver Guardian. WOW came quite quickly, He jumped my battery and car started straight away, we then made our way down to Halfords. The last time I called them out was approximately nearly 7 years ago, I have been with Driver Guardian for about 12 years. Recommend to all my friends Reasonably priced and they give me a discount when I renew. Thank you

Excellent cover at a good price
An excellent level of cover at a great price. I required assistance recently because of an electric/battery issue.
Locally-appointed recovery arrived slightly late (due to traffic!) and resolved the issue and we were on our way in a matter of minutes.

A very annoying feature of D.G. is getting through in the first place.
I have always had a problem in convincing the first layer of reception that I am, in fact, a paid-up member.
For that reason, I keep a copy of the latest letter from in my glove compartment. I shouldn't have to go through this when I am stressed out already with a car problem.
Once I do get on the system, all is well: services arrive on schedule and efficiently get me back on the road.
You really need to look seriously at your 'front line'.
