I’ve been with Driver Guardian since 2021 and only needed roadside assistance three times in five years. When my vehicle broke down on 5 June 2026, I was told to arrange a garage before they could help. When I called again, I was even told my call was fake, which was insulting and unacceptable.
Eventually, a recovery truck arrived, but the driver didn’t even get out to inspect my vehicle and appeared only interested in loading it for recovery. I refused the service and sent him away.
I pay £103 a year for peace of mind, yet this was my experience. After five years, I’ve lost confidence in Driver Guardian and will not be renewing. A complete waste of money and extremely poor customer service.

Been with the company quite a few years help me when I broke down a few times in the past very quick service friendly drivers all the staff very nice on phone can't fault them to be honest I would strongly recommend them to people to give them a call to help others who need a good company for brakedown cover thankyou

Quote had my car reg put in twice so had to phone to query. The quote was put in again in a new email but I had to try 3 or 4 times to enter my card details before it went through.
