Do not buy a car from this garage. We requested a refund through next day as the car was un road worthy and the car was loosing water. The bumper was held on with wire. The car had been through an mot but we had an independent garage look at it and it had 4 major faults. We tried multiple times through calls registered mail and emails and no response. This has left us seriously out of pocket. So avoid at all cost
Bought a car from these guys in Peterborough around 2 months ago. Had a small issue with my vehicle. Called them up and they offered to collect my vehicle and fix it without any warranty cost. Thank you guys I real appreciate it
If I could give less than 1 star I would.
I purchased a car from this so called company, was told they did extensive checks before delivery, delivery arrived at night around 9pm, the driver told me he hit a pot hole on the way up and it was making a clunking sound, but that I should speak to the seller and he would pay for the repair.
I spoke to Mo the next day, he said payment would be made, so I thought this was a great company.
I took the car to the garage and £600 later the car was repaired.
There is no way any checks could of been made. Im surprised the car even made it to my house.
There are still more repairs to be done, but I have to save up for those.
I was promised reimbursement for months and now I am being ignored.
He also has my second key (which now i believe doesn't exist) and refuses to send it.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
Got me to pay upfront for a car promising next day delivery. Didn’t deliver until nearly 10 o’clock at night the next day by which time it was dark. The next morning I realised this was clearly a deliberate way of covering up the car’s condition. Black smoke was spilling out of the exhaust and coming into the car choking me. An independent mechanic inspected the vehicle and found many issues. I contacted Drive Hub Cambs for a refund which I was told I would be entitled to (14 day cooling off period) but they have completely ignored me and I am now out of pocket by nearly £3000 with an undrivable car outside my house.
