Recently purchased a BMW i4 from Michael at S James. Initially the car I was interested in reserved for another customer however Michael called me when this sale fell through.

From start to finish the buying process was seamless as was the customer service. Michael helped me to spec the upgrades on the car which look fantastic and really make the car stand out from the rest.

The car was ready within a week and on collection day the staff on site couldn’t have been more welcoming. A truly stress free buying journey from start to finish, No pushy sales tactics or unexpected ad ons.

I make no hesitation in recommending Michael or S James Prestige and look forward to returning in the future.

From start to finish, everything was handled to perfection. The car was prepped beautifully, detailed properly, blacked out exactly how I wanted, and the finish was flawless. The additional options and attention to detail really made the whole car feel special.

You can tell they genuinely care about the cars they sell and the customer experience they provide. Natalie made the whole buy feel professional, responsive, and nothing ever felt too much trouble.

Hi I drove down from Sheffield to purchase a lovely bmw 5 series 520i which is an amazing drive and a stunning looker. The team especially James was amazing and so helpful, by far the best Iv done business with, they was also super speedy and I was in and out in 30 minutes, I would definitely purchase a car from them again, I’m so grateful for there time and help :)

Tried to get through to this company for a few weeks with no answer and when I finally got through I was told they would call me back and this didn’t end up happening , never known a business not want to make a sale so can’t imagine what the process would be if there was issues with the car .dont waste your time

Service was excellent and really easy. All sorted over the phone and within the week I had collected the car. Highly recommend Josh as he was great help on sorting the finance and customisations to the car.

drove down from kent to purchase a lovely a class premium plus which had an amazing kit on it! the team especially mat and michael were so so lovely and put up with all my queries and worries especially my constant emailing! both were so friendly and kind with the process which was super speedy, left with the vehicle after about 30 minutes or so, would love to purchase cars from here again, the customer service is amazing. :)
