Terrible order
I today have received my Lilli dressing table and there are so many parts missing and extra parts that are not required. This is so disappointing and not acceptable. It is nothing short of a shambles. I await the company still to get back to me.

Some issues… responsive customer services
We ordered a small dressing table with lights and stool for daughter’s 10th birthday. When it arrived husband hid package straight away. Went to make it night before birthday- stool and lights missing. Emailed company who replied straight away telling us to check with neighbours as it had been delivered. After a couple more emails we have had to fill in a ‘legally binding’ form as they are blaming the delivery company. Tracking info for the missing parcel is really random and not signed for by us. We have now been told a new parcel is on its way so will await delivery and then update review.

I am getting and less impressed with the product and service. Table top arrived chipped in two places. Still no replacement. This was a gift and it is still not together properly two weeks after my daughters birthday. So disappointing! Latest response offers a tracking number that doesn’t exist. Do not buy from this company!

Hard to review when I still haven’t received 50% of my order and the tracking hasn’t moved for days. Email sent and nobody replied, this was after I didn’t get a confirmation email that I also had to chase.

Ordered dressing table with mirror. Unfortunately the mirror was broken when delivered but they did refund me fir the damaged mirror. Good customer service and quick response to my request for a refund. The dressing table is really lovely and great quality.

A gorgeous well made unit
A gorgeous well made unit. Keep looking at the tracking, I didn’t, however, I was lucky as I was at home. First delivery was the stool and mirror then the next day the unit which is very heavy. The mirror attaches to the wall and a quick tip, put the unit together in the room you want it.
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer support
Product arrived quickly, but was damaged in transit. I emailed and received an almost immediate response, and they shipped a replacement very quickly. Unfortunatley this also arrived damaged, but again, their response and customer service was excellent. The product was fiddly to put together but once installed its a good quality item. Not ideal from their courier but their support was excellent and would use again.

Shocking service
Shocking service. My order came in 3 parts and all of them were damaged.
Over a week later I am still trying to sort out a discount and think this is down to different departments dealing with the complaint. Just don’t event bother if you are in the UK

OK but overpriced and some issues
A few scratches and I was lucky, because packaging was very bad. Installation guide not clear, particularly for the mirror, with issues regarding the screws and dimensions. We got the stool and it is very difficult to lower once up. Do not get it. Eventually we managed to put everything together and it looks nice but it is overpriced.
