The dressing table is as described and good value for money, looks great. Drawer depths are really good
Reasonable to assemble but not for a novice. The packages arrived but were in an awful state and I expected the item to be damaged. Despite the damage to the boxes,there were only a few minor damages to the dressing table, that were in areas you cant see. The customer service team were helpful and polite. Parcel Force however was shocking. The delivery driver refused to wait whilst I checked there was no damage and stated he wouldn't take it back even if there were! The parcels looked like they had been thrown about and trod on...this company needs to address their choice of courier and hold them accountable

Shocking quality. Sent the wrong instructions for the wrong dressing table.

In all my days I have never received an item with so many problems. The items delivered don’t match the instructions, holes in incorrect places, holes not drilled, parts the wrong size, top of the desk damaged etc.
The help desk have offered a 50% refund however given the plethora of issues this is wholly inadequate.
The only good thing that will come out of this is when I can take a sledge hammer to the desk at the first possible opportunity.
Absolute nightmare experience I would avoid at all costs.
More than happy to share pictures etc. as this is a 100% genuine review

Really good and quick service

I have had to do a second review, do not buy from this shop! My packages arrived with the late birthday present for my daughter. I have opened them only to find pieces of a dressing table but no fixings and no instructions. I have no idea whether I even have the correct pieces or enough of them. I am now trying to get a refund I’ll let you know if they do the right thing!

I ordered a dressing table from this company a few weeks ago. Finally received the package and began building the table, only to find they have given me duplicate pieces, meaning an essential separate piece is missing. I've sent emails and even raised a dispute through PayPal. No communication at all despite them accepting my request of a partial refund through PayPal.

I need the additional piece otherwise the table is useless. It's too large to conveniently send back. Their contact details are also extremely difficult to find so I feel I have exhausted all possible means of reaching out to get the issue rectified.

Quick and convenient delivery! Easy to build. It looks great and I’m so happy with it! Fits the very specific space I wanted it to. Only loses one star because the Hollywood lights I added onto the order were really tricky to hide or adjust the wires on the bulbs, and instructions on that were unclear. Otherwise really happy!

Did not receive my item and tracking ID does not let you see where your item is.
No email address to chase the item either. No idea if it's lost or will be delivered

Updated 19th Jan. Pleased to confirm that as of Weds this week three parcels are received. Hopefully will get the time to pit it together this weekend.

I'll be happy to revise my review when the order is received. So far zero of 3 packages have arrived. I did order just before New Year, so appreciate public holidays hold that process up and will review again once received.

I ordered the dressing table 28th December- online said I would receive it within 3-5 days I have emailed several times as I still have not received this item

Utterly appalled. Item is not as described or shown in image. Bulbs are not on correct length of wire to fit mirror. Drawer runners were bent. DO NOT BUY.

Love this dressing table however it was very badly packaged and there was some damage to the boxes and the table itself

The desk itself is nice. My daughter is very pleased with it. It was also easy to build.
However only 2 of the 3 boxes were sent with the first order. Not knowing this at the time, we ended up with a half completed desk. The company somehow knew they had made a mistake as I got an email mid build to say they were resending the order, which resulted in a delay. From ordering to being able to complete the desk was approx 2 and a half weeks.
Two of the drawer bases were also broken. But as we did not want to wait yet another 2 weeks for replacements I have built it anyway

Screws are made from a very poor material. Lost the head whilst screwing in and had to purchase new screws and other tools from elsewhere

shipping was like 3/4 weeks. But overall everything was amazing. Happy with the dressing table. Got a builder to fix it as it was slightly complicated. All good tho
